@Shannon posted in FAQ that the "luck" factor also includes gambling luck. So I will start journaling my winnings and losses at my weekly "friendly games".

I lost $235 last week for that matter. Not so friendly Undecided Let's see how we do this week.

I believe luck covered almost everything you do, but if you really wanna push it on real gambling, good luck, my recommendation just use bitcoin faucet because it's free and it's luck based game Lol

These weekly games are with family and friends. They require skill, memory, trickery, and luck plays a role too. If you are incredibly skilled but playing with luckier people, you will still lose, just less. The games require high level of sustained attention as well.

It's a form of gambling, but also a form of recreation and get together. Some may play golf, some may have poker nights. Well I have my weekly games with people I enjoy time with. Stakes are not high, which makes my $200+ loss embarassing.

I have no idea what bitcoin faucet is. But your "good luck" in the sentence comes with a mocking tone which is unappreciated. You have no idea the level of games that is played or what kind, but it appears you imagined it to be reduced to the level of pure-luck roll-the-dice games, which is not in this case.

No, my friend, my good luck is literally good luck, which mean good luck in everything you do. Lately I always said good luck to any people I encounter after we exchange conversation, whether in forum or in real life, so stay positive and good luck again Thumbsup

Ok, I'll take your word for it Wink
Now the usage has been 100 days, so I have technically completed 3 months of use.

In the gambling sector, the weekly games with friends/family, out of all the weeks of use, I've only ever won twice. The winnings are not enough to cover for the losses. When I lost, it was larger in amounts than when I won. So...

In other areas of life, I do not know what to expect from the sub, so I am not sure what to write either. If I make a comparison of before the sub and during/after the sub, I would say that my social relationships have improved a lot. Somehow people want to talk to me or get to know me or ask me to get involved in their stuff (strangers, acquaintances, people you normally don't expect such interactions from). That would be the significant difference.

That sums up my experience with US/LM. Please ask questions if you have any.
I didn't realise that US/LM has v3 until now Sad

I think I was on v1 the whole time.

After reading the forums, I think I will give v3 a shot for 2 rounds of 8+2 days. I initially wrote to do USLM for 120 days, and at 100 days, I decided to stop since I hit 3 months and I am craving to use another sub - MLS or IBS or E2.

Not sure which version I was on either... v1 I suppose?

Lol probably. Version 2 was released on October 12th. V3 just came out like 2-3 days ago. You should check out the forum more often Wink

Thanks cataleya! Was it announced on the forum? I checked and it wasn't announced in the News section, not sure where to find such updates?

I noticed another thing when using USLM is I am not as motivated to record my journal (despite having started it), I did not think there was a great deal of difference in my daily life or any major upheavals or obstacles either, so I did not have much to write about. Gambling-wise, I haven't been winning, so nothing to boast about either Bebe-pleure

But in retrospect, looking at the past 3 months in general, I have improved social relationships and have had people sharing their personal stories with me.
Rereading my journal, there is one more thing I noticed. I think I gained an external calmness, like the look of being zen. Even if internally I am excited or anxious, externally I think I was able to maintain my calmness. I say "I think", because I felt that way, but I did not know how it appeared to others.

And I think the calmness comes from focusing on the right things. I noticed that when I put my focus on the right stuff, my emotions take care of themselves easily, and I can do the things as intended. After the fact I felt okay about the whole thing, despite my heart racing and beating so hard I can hear it and feel it jumping out of my chest. It was quite an experience, although there weren't many chances of that happening.

I think i'm just beginning to understand what the sub does lol...

I'll write if I can think of more.

Well I can see V2 was announced in the news section on the store. V3 hasn`t in the news section, but Shannon announced in his private journal. Shannon said to set 1 or 2 conscious goals for this sub. Just writing down goals on a piece of paper. He said it would help. I`m saying this in case you missed it since you mentioned that it`s been a while since you checked the forum Drinks
Thanks cataleya. I have subscribed myself to the News section. Look forward to updates Smile

I've used v3 for 2 days now and I'll say... powerful!
I haven't had dreams in a long while, and with v3 the dreams did not return.

Day 1 after the use, I was very very tired, I felt like I lacked sleep.
Day 2, I wanted to stay in bed longer despite having slept enough hours. Nonetheless, when I get off the bed I am awake.

It felt good to have slept a LOT!

I read some comments about pooping. I actually experienced this after starting the sub, but I wasn't sure if the sub could have produced such a result, since it is not related to poop at all. But I'll put it here anyway, if Shannon happens to read it, he might know better what happened. You know how poop comes out nicely in a single piece right. Since starting the sub (probably a week into the sub), the poop was pebble-like. Like small little stones. I thought it was just a phase and would go away, but it persisted, despite efforts to add fiber into the diet and drinking more water as well. I thought it was just constipation. Anyway it got better over the 3 months of using, and some days the pebbles were rock-sized. It wasn't painful, just a little scary to have see such poop for prolonged period (it's been 3 months since I had a nice one-piece poop).

Anyway, my first poop since starting v3, the pebble-like poop returned.
- end TMI -
For some personality and physiology types, the digestive system is strongly affected by the emotions and fears. Influencing those in some ways can result in different digestive patterns. Depending on the personality, physiology and specific stressor, it can result in constipation, diarrhea, pebble poops, monster logs and other variants.

This simply indicates that on a deep subconscious level, you are being influenced to deal with your fears. When you're done dealing with the subconscious fears, your digestive system should return to it's regularly scheduled programming. Wink

Wow thank you Shannon! That's good news to me. Looks like I can use my poop to gauge my progress *laughs silently*. In that case I should be on v3 for a while. I noticed that the secondary ABRS is now 6:2, so I will adjust accordingly.
I noticed this "Poop Pattern" also. Just didn't know how to write about it here, in a beautiful manner. Like u did.

So yeah, my pooping style has changed.
I see the new PRM (Poop Removal Module) is working quite well.

Lol Speaking of which, I saw mention of FRMv3... I tried looking it up on the description, but did not read anything about it. What is FRMv3 and what does it do?
