If I listen to subs (AM. WM, SM) quite loud (but still comfortable for me) I've got problems with sleeping. I sleep only 6hrs, can't sleep longer since I just wake up earlier and can't fall asleep again. Should I listen to it at lower volumes? If so, isn't it going to affect its effectivness?
I’ve had similar issues with AM. Having the volume at 25% usually helps me stay asleep throughout the night and still get results from the sub

Same here but I was just wondering how much it affects the effectivness of a sub.
Isn't the effeciveness of the sub going to be affected by a lack of sleep as well?
Yeah, it is.
I say sleep using only the ultrasonic subs. Because of the noise of the masked subs you will not sleep as well and will wake up more tired.
It can be a little less effective for some people at a lower volume, but that depends. Sometimes if someone has more 'resistance' a lower volume can be better.

And if that's the reason you aren't sleeping, then personally i'd rather lower the volume so I can sleep.

That depends. For me for example US has the tendency to make me awake, so almost impossible to sleep to US track.
