Each track - masked/ultrasonic/hybrid has the same script. So you can switch without a 21-day break as long as it is 3.2 B. That's if you are curious to find out if you have better results with masked.

I'm using the "bone conducting headset" for the first time.
In ear headset - volume is comfortable at 25 percent.
With the "bone conducting headset" volume is comfortable at 75 percent - below 60 percent, I don't hear anything.

That's probably why I have better results with all of these subliminals with Masked. I always get resistance with U/S and hybrid. No matter what sub I usee
I have no data on how well bone conduction works with subliminals.
day 5, tried the masked track at 8am.

I wasnt tired after listening to it but i did have a longer sleep last night so it could be from better nights rest or im just getting past the tiredness from the first few days either way not as tired after listening to the track.

Went to the gym anywhere from 20-40 women some attractive ones atleast one i find pretty attractive thats not including the attractive trainers that work there. She was upstairs in same area part of the time, with the amount of women there none showed even slight interest looking in my direction not that i expected it to happen this soon anyway but reading the other reviews some are getting reactions pretty fast.

I dont feel the aura some mention or anything else so far, the only thing i have noticed so far is the tiredness others have reported and that using the masked track and better sleep i didnt have that feeling today.

Did attempt to talk to one lady who is a trainer i have spoken with previously but in a hurry to get back to her workout.

Will see if anything happens later today when i go back.

Dont read this as complaining its not working or anything like that, im providing updates as requested.
6 days of use first 4 days hyrid flac with headphones last 2 days masked track with headphones not tired today after listening to masked but going to go back and forth between hybrid and masked. Since the hybrid is meant to be a lot stronger want to keep trying that one but if i have the dont tell me what to do personality and the masked one works better thought to try both using hybrid one day masked the next for each 14 day cycle.

After day 6 i was at golf today i felt more relaxed when talking even though i know the staff well still talking isnt the easiest but have improved this over last 12 months but i did feel relaxed calm and ask things to start conversations.

One lady that was at the bar didnt say anything until i asked something, she just went about her work at the bar, she is naturally a very social person, a bit later before the round spoke to her a bit more for a few minutes and again was relaxed talking with her.

Im atleast more calm and confident in speaking with people i know without worrying about what their reactions are to something i say.

Yet to have interest from ladies or anyone approach to start a conversation so far but the relaxed calm and confident part is good.

With being partly deaf and hearing aids what i believe is talking loudly can for many be very quiet so i need to work on raising my voice more but that also puts into my head im now yelling at someone which clearly you dont want to do, so having a hearing issue makes talking with the right volume a bit harder as you think when talking your speaking loud enough and to some it is and others is very quiet which when trying to speak with a woman wont go to well.

Tomorow going to go back to hybrid and see if i end up more tired than with the masked track.
day 7 listened to hybrid flac with headphones today.

Was tired when first woke up today but while listening i didnt feel tired if anything started to feel a bit better and more awake. I did feel tired around 5pm tonight though and i havent really done anything to be tired so early in the evening.

Went to the pub for lunch and play some pool with a friend this morning felt relaxed in talking still felt nervous at times for some reason but mostly good when talking. Didnt really talk with anyone else several attractive staff at this pub all in early mid 20s been around them for an hour each time on 3 different days since starting 3.2 no reactions though.

Will use the masked track in the morning before golf and gym.
day 9 hybrid track ocean surf flac with headphones.

nothing to report during the round of golf today, after at the bar was nearby a young woman who is attractive no external signs just responded when asked for something nothing else.

Was at the gym many attractive ladies again no looks my way or approaches like others have reported, im in pretty decent shape so just no interest and they are within 20-40m.

Tiredness on hybrid track is back but was a bit tired today before hand it seems to happen around the 15 minute mark and then not as tired around the 30 minute and on part of the track.

Will continue with the hybrid ocean track for another 5 days until the 14 days is up then might try trickling stream masked for the next 14 days as someone mentioned they got good results using that track.

Self esteem when talking to people hasnt improved thought it was getting better but that was only around someone ive known a while and was able to talk with a bit more, with others negative and self doubting thoughts still very clear.

Will continue to use and see if i start noticing some external glances from women at some point.
I have tested subs with deaf and partially deaf people. Two of whom were classed as "profoundly deaf". All of them, except one, responded to ultrasonic subs at volumes that would be considered normal for a fully hearing person. None of them believed they could be affected. All of them who responded, responded with the involuntary reactions that I use in the script to verify response that cannot be consciously faked. None of them would believe me when I told them they responded to the testing as if they were a person with normal hearing.

Most of them responded best to a volume of 12/15 on my cell phone.
Hi shannon, thanks for the suggestions, i have been using the masked trickling for last 2 days and will use it again today for day 14.

I use headphones and have the volume up loud enough that its quite clear but comfortable.

Would you suggest for me to try ultrasonic at a reasonable level so louder than others would use the ultrasonic track like at a decent clear volume that would be used on the masked track and see if it helps with better results?

Im using 5.1 speakers through my computer so quite strong and turn the volume up a bit.

Im no longer tired last 4-6 days using either hybrid or masked which is good i am also waking up after only about 5-6 hours, last few days i can go to sleep somewhere between midnight to 1am and still be awake and not tired around 6 6.30 of a morning.

Im also holding more eye contact with ladies when look at me instead of looking away as soon as i see them looking but confidence to talk isnt there just yet, the positive thoughts positive attitude part still waiting to take affect as i can still doubt myself a lot.

I think there are some small changes im noticing.

I might give the ultrasonic with a decent volume a go after tomorows day off.

If you have any deafness, ultrasonic or hybrid is going to be your best bet. Masked relies on low volume audio, which is not suitable for persons with any deafness issues.

If you use any track with ultrasonic audio, use it at a moderate volume on your computer or at 12/15 on your cell phone.
Thanks shannon, when i used hybrid i had it at a decent volume so the ocean surf sounds were always clear its hard to tell how loud or low the volume is since its just a volume knob on the speaker to turn up and down with the vlc at full, but as long as its loud enough and clear on hybrid should mean the volume is ok?

Will go back to hybrid tonight after your suggestion thanks.

The volume level doesnt hurt or is uncomfortable so the volume should be ok hopefully.

It doesn't matter how well you hear the masking track. It matters how well you hear the subliminal track. Much different volume in a masked format.
Hi shannon, quick question since its hard to be specific with volume on the speaker knob if i turn that up full then reduce the volume on vlc from over 100% down to around 50% would that be the better way to do it as i can atleast keep everything at accurate levels this way?

I have been doing it the other way having vlc at max then turn the knob on speaker up or down to a reasonable amount but that also means each day can be slightly different volumes.

Sorry for all these questions but trying to find the best way to be accurate for the sub.

Also if i was being tired after listening to the hybrid track its clearly working in some way because its making the brain tired and drained of energy processing the track, this only happened in the first 4-5 days but just curious as i will go back to hybrid tonight and continue with it after tomorows day off.

Favor reproducible, accurate leveling of volume.

The Hybrid track requires a lot more processing power and is much more demanding on your brain, so it tends to make one tired.

You should ideally pick one format and stick with it once you know which format is best for you.
Day 16 after 1 day break, on hybrid trickling track at a decent volume, i listened at 5am as it will be best way to keep everything more on track without the loops being at different times when sometimes in the first 14 days was early morning to mid morning then other times was afternoon or evening so i guess that would of affected dmsi a bit.

I take a couple of products that has caffeine at 50mg in 2 serves of it a day and another product for a boost of energy called thermal switch which has 250mg of caffeine in it. How much that affects dmsi not sure.

I am feeling more confident when out and about standing up a bit better so posture is improving but that has been improving a while since back at the gym.

I do get a few glances here and there by a couple of women nothing that wasnt happening before dmsi but i am holding eye contact a bit longer and less worried about them seeing me looking or turning away when they look at me.

But so far that is all im noticing but with anything sometimes just takes time to work and others might get faster results but im sure it will start getting better maybe after the 30 day mark.
