Day 19 Update
1stly: I had a dream but I cannot remember the dream but it wasnt to do with love or romance etc.
2ndly: I slept for around 6-7hours but stayed in bed with US playing for a total of 10hours.
10hours seems to be my normal time in bed before my body says its okay to get out now, so I'm wondering if this is too much or normal. Personally I thought 9hours was too much so this is going to ruin my productivity and day for sure.
3rdly: procrastinating a lot. Rather than be worried about the looming 2 exams left for which I have to start work, I just feel apathetic, as if I don't care and this is how I usually am during exam time and its not good.
I hear of students panicked and working and here I am chilling :/ basically avoiding the work and yes this can only be down to fear.
4thly: My procrastination leads to laziness in all areas of my life.
Im not eager to take my laundry out or rubbish/trash out or cook or do anything. I don't like this. Im usually upbeat and active but its as if my motivation and my drive is being slowly suffocated away.
Today I have wondered:
Is there a sub that can help with all goals, not just 1 but a universal goals subs that can help with procrastination motivation and drive so that if we have more than 1 goal in life which we all usually do then it can help with them all.
I also wondered if there is a sub to make you more attractive in the eyes of women and men if you look unattractive already. Im speaking as a heterosexual man here, but attractive to women is for the sexual side but overall its always said that attractive people are more successful in life with both genders because they always assume attractive people have more skills and positive traits than unattractive people.
Finally there is nothing more to say about IYGSH at the moment. Im only listening to US at the moment at night as there just isn't any time to listen to masked but I will try if I can.
I am also going to add that I believe I have a strong ego, or over confidence in some areas of my life, primarily with studies. I believe I can pass everything so don't work. I also feel too confident when i do pass something or study a little and feel I've done enough and have all the time to complete the rest.
Is there anything in any of the subs that addresses this issue?

I have been procrastinating since I last came on.
I did what I thought was important but in all honestly it wasnt as important as studying for exams.
I am now ready and going to start.
I have been playing trickling stream via earphones from my phone for the past 4hours approximately. no change in anything but I'm gonna continue playing it into my ears while I try and start.
Im sharing this so i can refer back when I'm in need of hope etc:

The key is... you must be the one responsible for your own success, regardless of what tools you use.
Subliminals are tools you use to help you achieve your goals faster and more easily, but they are just tools. None of this is outside your ability to do for yourself without them - it would just be much slower and more requiring of discipline and focus, which nobody seems to have these days.
EHPRA puts you in the ideal state in which to heal in the ways it is seeking to heal you. So does DMSI-A. That's the state shifting. Procrastination is entirtely separate, and will be there regardless of what state you are in, because procrastination is not a function of state, but of what choices you are making subconscious (and sometimes consciously).
You can be relaxed and productive, just as you can be tense and productive. Whether or not you are productive has very little to do with how tense or relaxed you are.
That answer makes a lot of sense and so do the others thank you all. If I can manage my learning with MLS and get to a stage where my procrastination is reduced or gone for me to achieve the goal of MLS which is being studious/learning then I may just jump on whichever is the most powerful healing sub after that to get healed.

That being said, I had some thoughts about the future MLS.
I hope that since it will help with learning in all areas that it automatically will help with things we do that we need to develop without consciously trying to learn such as best way to chop an onion or even when going to the gym, help us tweak our skills with that or for newbies quickly grasp how to train safely with better form and this applies to any new skill we are utilising but not necessarily trying to learn in a structured format.
I also hope that MLS can help with compartmentalisation, that is the ability to turn off when in a structured learning session and do other things without having life get in the way or the learning get in the way of stress.
I may add this to the MLS suggestion thread actually.
Question
I don't want to post this on shannons journal and disturb him as its not urgent but its something that has been festering in my mind for a while.
Is there a sub (and it may be DMSI, but I'm finding that I'm still learning and ignorant of the capabilities of subs even after reading their sales page and many here have a better understanding and grasp of the knowledge than I do)....so yes....is there a sub that makes you attractive to the girl that you find attractive?
By this I mean make her respond to you and think of you and want to.
What I also mean is that the sub changes you physically, in the sense of making you make those changes that help you to become more attractive such as better diet, exercise, skin care and health etc?
I am specific on it helping you attract the girl that you like not just any random girl that you find hot, but the girl you do like a lot?
so is there?
If I don't get an answer for this then can someone somehow summarise this for me so i can ask shannon in short without it being as long as this post lol

But what u r saying about learning some stuff without even consciously try. I mean like basic stuff. I have seen those in my sis when she was on MLS-5G.
She was able to draw a particular diagram from her biology book with 90% accuracy...in just first try. She can even copy facial expressions and the way someone talks and then mimics them making everyone laugh. Lool. She wasn't able to do all this before MLS-5G.

Yeah I know what u mean. She was a stupid teenager girl before MLS-5G. But now she can learn basic stuff like cooking a new dish, remember names and locations and can give relationship advices to married people.. People can hardly recognize her when the meet her. Cause she has changed so much is past few months. Just by using MLS-5G. But still lacks emotional maturity and wisdom which can only be gained by experience. So in the end she is still my stupid little sis no matter how good she gets at everything with MLS-5G.

well i havent seen any change yet with IYGSH so I'm just hoping it gives me the foundation in some way to help MLS 5.5G work a lot better and a lot faster.
Do you remember what that P6 technology is? I can't remember but I think its supposed to help the sub work better or faster right?

Im sat watching youtube, or bouncing from website to website and also coming here rather than getting on with the work.
When I work I seem to be okay to focus but getting started is a nightmare.
More than that when i can work I can't seem to work for more than a total of 2hours (25mins study/work with 5-10mins break multiple times to reach 2hours) and thats not good either.
I need to work more when I have nothing else to do all day long and when I'm back at uni I need energy to come home and study and not be lazy and tired.
Think MLS 5.5G can work on any of this?

I am 100% it can work on this. You have more than enough time and energy to sit down and study for 2-3 hours straight(without any breaks). Thing is that when u sit down to study then ur minds starts jumping from one place to another and you use ur will to study but it's only a matter of time before before u give up... MLS-5.5G will fix this.. .. Your books will become like a drug to you. You won't be able to to live without learning. You will love and see that life is all about learning and gaining knowledge. It's all about NeuroGenesis.
