Day 47 Update - - - - MAJOR PROCRASTINATION
Okay so I woke up today around lets say 10am
I didn't get out of bed though until 2pm - - - why?
I just stayed in bed, went to the bathroom, came back stayed either laid down or sat up on my phone, jumping from website to website wasting time. Not getting any rejuvenation from staying in bed or benefit except I had no urge to get up.
Today and this weekend I wanted to and hoped to focus on a project I have to hand in on thurday. I have time for this yet I have procrastinated and procrastinated up until now.
I got out of bed with the plan of heating from left over food but after speaking to my mum who suggested I make some fried eggs I went with that plan and made a nice breakfast, really slow and relaxed - Im guessing I'm procrastinating this way too.
So my whole focus seems to be on avoiding work, avoiding deadlines and so I can confirm that E2 has clearned anything on this side of my psyche.
Has it cleared anything to give me any results that I can confirm, in all honesty none.
My dreams well I've only had 1 night of 2 nightmares, since and around them I've had no dreams.
Ive no idea what E2 is clearing but I'm completely unsure as to any beneficial changes occurring in my life.
I went and got a temporary tattoo on my neck yesterday, something I've been wanting to get for a couple of months but thought I would do it when I have the time after exams but hey why not procrastinate on the main stuff and go get a tattoo so I did, temporary one though that will last only 2weeks approx.
I told the girl in the show that she was beautiful and yes I was horny because I havent fapped in 3weeks now. She told me she was married for 5 years, and tbh I didn't really care, I just wanted to f$*k her however I didn't take it further and neither did she lol so I took the rejection and left with my new tattoo.
I then went and got my hair cut yesterday.
So thats the only logical difference otherwise there has been none.
the time is now 4.24pm and I'm still sat in my boxers in my living room, after having had breakfast and wasting time on youtube, wondering if I should have a cup of coffee or tea and a dessert and yes I shall
I then hope to hit the showers etc and then to listen to masked via earphones, probably trickling stream and hope that it f$cking works on me.

oh and the last few days, the other way I have been procrastinating is by looking at online adverts for escorts in my european town/area. I am browsing and wasting time, not calling, not throwing money at them just looking at adverts and profiles. I only stopped fapping cos I suddenly saw guys here talking of its benefit and then going online and seeing there is this community and movement on youtube but tbh I don't feel my mantool has benefited in size or strength or myself in energy or anything lol

Okay so a member here has been super kind in also offering me some advice.
They said that I'm procrastinating due to E2, its basically super relaxing and this is a wrong sub for the goals I have which is to focus on studies and getting over my procrastination tendency and lack of motivations etc.
They the member who doesn't want to be named suggested I get off E2 immediately and get onto either IYGSH or UM, and they said UM is probably better for me due to the looming deadlines and exams I have coming up this year...basically from now to end of June and then End of August and early September.
What do you all think? I'm also going to ask shannon this now
and this is what I wrote to that member as my current situation and sharing here so you call can offer advice:
"ok so since its now time for me to focus on uni work i.e. deadlines and revising/learning stuff for the exams I'm wondering if IYGSH is best, cos the motivation will help me with goals and wait thats good too, damn I'm unsure
what do you think, sorry about this. In my situation where I have to do an essay for a deadline, do a quick presentation for another deadline, also start learning stuff (via reading pages of information and watching youtube videos on the topics) and then do the exams, all within a month, what do you think?"

Well, E2 would (eventually) heal whatever it is that's making you procrastinate, but within wanted time-range? Impossible to say.
I think you should stop being so dependent on what Shannon (or any member says). We can get you suggestions but in the end. You should make the decision yourself, by what you think is best based towards your goal and with the information that's available.
I would personally jump on MLS 4g/5g. But that kinda assumes you can get the benefits from 5g, as that supposedly would have to deal with a lot of resistance. Or I'd jump on IYGSH. You don't have to be motivated to get stuff done, the motivation will come by itself. But it's hard to make progress without good habits.
Another 5g alternative would be Life Tune-up since that does include overcome procrastination, self discipline along with some more modules that could be helpful.

Yeah I understand now, E2 would heal it but it could take time, no-one can say and I know there is someone here that has been running E1 and upgraded to E2 for almost 2 years so for me thats time I just don't have at all to clear my issues towards studying.
I understand, it hard though because I've not seen any results for myself as yet or been able to notice anything therefore seeking advice and I'm also seeking advice as I can't afford to choose wrong subs and make mistakes due to time again, my time is running out and I also don't have the money to keep buying subs because of making the wrong choice.
At the time Shannon said to go to E2 as MLS 5G didn't work and I wanted to work on these very issues around procrastination and study skills etc.
E2 may be the reason I'm not getting through now but I'm sure Shannon wouldnt have said E2 without considering IYGSH or UM.
That being said I'm not back to square 1 again, which was where I was when I joined here 2 years ago.
Ive been told that MLS 5.5G will be the best yet, and I hope that it includes IYGSH as well as OProcrastination and UMotivation too because then I know it will be amazing.
So until then, I was sure I should stick with E2. However the advice I got from someone that has tried both IYGSH as well as UM was that I should NEVER have been told to go onto E2 but instead to go to IYGSH or UM as I am in university and need this. I again was told to go to E2 because it was to clear up the reasons for not studying like most students since I only work at the very last minute and never early.
Now though the advisor today said nope jump onto IYGSH so it does make sense since we've no idea how long E2 will take to clear me to get me to the level and standard I need.
ReeZox you mentioned maybe trying MLS 5G and that didn't work on me anyway so I won't go to that sub ever again but appreciate you mentioning that. I would consider MLS 4G but I think now coming up to exam season, I will see the scripts and make a judgement just to be sure.
LTU has ALWAYS been 1 id love to see both upgraded as well as a sub I want to try but I don't think it will help or clear me as I need it to for university.
So I'm just wanting to see if Shannon agrees with this as he did mention DMSI above and if he agrees with IYGSH rather than UM then to see how to stop E2 and start that.
I'm definitely struggling with these subs in simply making a choice haha thats for sure.
Day 47 - Update #3
So I've read the scripts of both IYGSH and UM (improve your grades and study habits, Ultra Motivation)
Both are very very good.
Its abundantly clear now to me that I need IYGSH 70-80%
I need UM 20-30% atleast.
I need IYGSH because this is my main and ultimate goal and priority HOWEVER I also need UM to help with the other goals that I have. These goals range from doing exercise, to eating right and healthily to goals for time management and money management etc.
Most students may not have other goals, its not for me to say but I do have goals that must be achieved while also achieving success at university.
Im super grateful to the member that open my eyes to look again at the scripts of these 2 subs.
No all I can do is wait on Shannon to advise me as he sees best.
I also hope that both of these subs are there in the new MLS 5.5G.
I say this because while most if not all students will want IYGSH to be part of MLS, the UM should be there to help us manage our goals both for in and out of the learning cycle, even if all some MLS users want is to learn to play the guitar or learn day trading on the financial markets, its paramount that other goals are not neglected because life still goes on even when we try and learn anything.
So the question is, do I remain on E2, jump onto another sub if so which and use that until MLS 5.5G comes out?
Shannon if youre online on your phone right now, and see this, please advise from above. I'm the guy with the 2 nightmares in 1 night if you remember. thanks.
Well, on the one hand, if you're resisting E2, it might be useful to try something else and see if it helps. On the other hand... you can't get the healing if you're not using the program.
It's your choice. But if you decide to switch to something else, it should be interesting to see what IYGSH does for you.
The computer will be here the 30th. Hopefully I can get back up and running within a few hours of its arrival, and we can be back to work that same day.

I know you said try DMSI perhaps instead of continuing with E2 but as I'm procrastinating while on E2, the issue has become 1 of urgency now due to the looming deadlines and exams at uni.
I understand about how the healing cannot be obtained without continuing on E2, but how long that healing will take to remove these issues around studying I've no idea. I know there is 1 guy here thats ran E1 and then E2 altogether without stoppage for almost 2 years and he will go on...this isn't what I can do without seeing results.
Since MLS won't be here presumably now until end of July or Early August then maybe its time to see what IYGSH will do upon any clearing that E2 may have done.
QU1: if I'm resisting resulting in my procrastination then does that mean NO healing has taken place at all?
Qu2: How much break do I need from E2 to run IYGSH please?
QU3: and will MLS 5.5g have IYGSH and UMotivation and END Procrastination in there?
QU4: Am I right that MLS may be released by Mid July?

I estimate MLS-5.5G will be released by the end of June. Therefore I suggest you not to change sub and if u r on E2 then keep on running it. I did divert from MHS journey for about a week but it did nothing but waste my time. It might take 14 days for the 4G subs. Rest is up to u.

Hey Zane, I hear you. I don't know cos from my experience sometimes it takes Shannon a lot longer to release a sub than he planned.
Now he's said he'll get his computer at the end of May, but then to complete the MLS sub may take him till the end of June or early july.
The other question I'm waiting on is whether MLS will have Umotivation and IYGSH in there as well as Procrastination which is optional anyway as IYGSH I think will deal with that.
If MLS is only focused on memory but not creating the habits and overcoming procrastination then ill have to jump and stick to IYGSH.
I did a search here on IYGSH and improve your grades and study habits as words and I found many posts in which people saw success in grades, in procrastination and motivation.

Well yes MLS will contain procrastination and motivation module.
I read some post on discussion journal about how people try to escape when on different subs.
For example :
Whenever I play MLS-5G or IYGSH-4G subs.(Doesnt matter which one I play) I notice that instead of studying I play Brain games like Lumosity and neuronation on my mobile or I will watch useless stuff on YouTube.. This doesn't mean that I am procrastinating or not motivated but only means that there is a deeper issue in my subconscious which is trying to avoid something... I am learning but not learning stuff I need to learn....
This happens everytime... I play MLS-5G or IYGSH-4G and I try to escape stuff by playing brain games and watching documentary in YouTube.. Shannon did say that MLS-5G touched some deeper Issues.
Same is the case with SM-4G when I play it then for 5-6 days I will be fine and then I will fap and crave nsfw images like crazy. The same issues were reported by few DMSI users where they try to short-circuit the script by fapping instead of using that energy to approach girls...
So in the end it means all the sub works including MLS-5G, IYGSH-4G & DMSI, SM-4G but It's our subconscious who is trying to divert the script of the sub to other areas of life.. This only means that one need to run healing subs like E2 to heal that area of subconscious which is damaged and therefore is trying to avoid the script...
You know I think you should try IYGSH-4G for a month and only then u will be able to find out how much have u healed. .. .. I will keep an eye on this space. No wonder Shannon said that it would be interesting to see how IYGSH-4G responds.
If this works then I will definitely buy E2 and listen to it for months..

And thanks Zane, I was waiting on Shannons reply but I'm too eager to beat this procrastination so I'm going to buy and start IYGSH from today.
I understand what you mean in how the subconscious tries to sabotage the scripts but E2 I think can take years to clear garbage and thats just time I don't have right now.
I will start IYGSH now for a month atleast and see if I change or not then hopefully we all will know what works or not.
Regarding MLS, if it have OP and UMotivation then great but I do need it to have IYGSH for sure I think too because its clear that I need not just to learn but to actually get into the daily routine to study too.
Lets see what Shannon says but I'm ready to buy IYGSH and start using and I'm hoping Shannon says this is okay and that no break is needed for me to start this.
