having healthy food habits is easier said than done - and something in this area would be a good idea -

avoiding temptations of greasy and sugary food and instead opting for natural and fiber and salad type foods - the more natural and grains the better -

helps in weight control and healthy lifestyle - food addiction is quite an issue for most people and a sub would be good to fight it. not sure if it is included in other titles.
In my experience, food addiction has been as a "stress relief" mechanism, a replacement for the perceived lack in other areas of my life. I ate because food was the only abundance that I felt, and that food wouldn't "let me down" like other things and people in my life.

I'm pretty sure the mindset changes that result from listening to existing IML subs go leaps and bounds towards resolving the core issues behind food addiction and stress eating.
