Lol, I know what you mean. I only ever had 3 but it was a cool experience. Never had good enough control to spawn lots of women though. That's my "dream" lol.
Also, practicing approaches or using LD as a way of overcoming fear and anxiety would be awesome, cause if Geodude is right and the mind really can't tell reality from mental images, you could use LD's to program some crazy experiences into your "memory".
Definitely worth looking into.

I didn't know that lucid dreaming can be used as a bridge to programming your subconscious, but now that I think about it, it makes sense. I know that the subconscious thing you mentioned it correct though, so maybe it does work.

This is the thing that is pissing me off with myself. I don't look at porn anymore, dealing with the stuff around weight seemed to solve that. But i'm just not getting my sex drive back. Like I won't wake up with morning wood and never really feel physically horny. A few times i've been starting to 'reset' but then messed it up and it seems each time it took longer and now it just isn't happening.
But in saying that when i'm with an actual girl I have no issues getting hard or having sex. I know using the overcoming porn addiction sub would help, but a few more AM6 cycles is my focus.

If you want to have high sex drive, look into boosting your T (I have a few things I take like Brazil Nuts, and Ionic Boron). Also, look into organic Maca powder. There are like 3 different kinds that give different effects, so look them up and choose one that's best for you.
But maca is a sexual stimulant, and you'll definitely be more sexually aware. Today I was even getting a boner while thinking back to that girl I kissed in the store. Which would have been fine, but I was getting it in the car with the fellas.

Well apparently a big fat percentage adds a lot of estrogen and a weight loss should bring a lot of testosterone with it, so being ripped is even more important than just looking sick. Now that I've seen what a few subs have done for Geodude, I don't think that ED needs to be tackled specifically with an ED sub, but could rather be with abstaining from porn for a while and running the general mental health subs like eprha, everything with eprha and even OF. I am actually surprised that there's no subs that contain OF script, it seems way more powerful than OGSF in the fears department and they could make a nice combination if they were both in one sub. Btw, I am quite certain you will be seeing me on OF in the not too distant future.

I've looked into all that. I eat brazil nuts, I haven't come across boron before so i'll have a look.
Maca seems to do nothing for me. I took it for 6 weeks while also taking Tongkat Ali and didn't notice a huge amount. And now i'm using beast supertest which has alot of different things in it to boost testosterone.. it's for bodybuilders and I read good reviews.
So far after nearly 3 weeks i'm noticing awesome things such as..
-Pimples on my arms.
-That's about it.
So expensive useless crap. I don't know if it's just me or maybe all the other suppliments i'm taking it's conflicting somewhere, but I read all these great things about these suppliments that do not much for me.

Yeah definately, I have to have higher testosterone now as i'm way stronger and muscular.. but it's not as high as i'd like still.
Health is also a big thing, I wouldn't have done too well how fat I was if I stayed like that.. now i'll be alot better for that.

Where do you get your maca from? Make sure it's organic eh.
Navitas (Organic) Maca Powder in the green bag is definitely the good stuff for T-Boost (and natural). It also worked well as a mood enhancer for me
It's organic and from a healthfood store. How much do you take a day? I only have 1 heaped teaspoon, maybe it's not enough.

You've got bad quality stuff. Look online for something better quality. In fact, use this as a rule of thumb: when in doubt, buy in bulk and online.
I understand that it's an interesting topic, but I fail to see how this has anything to do with my journal.
On the topic: I have gone from 14h/day to 19 about 2 days ago. Trying to compare different usage times and how they affect me. Oddly enough, I find it harder to sleep if I listen for 19h and feel a little sluggish during the day. Doing this for a week or 2 and then going back to 14h a day.
I have an mp4 player and my pc that I use to play the tracks, I wonder if it's better to always finish a track before switching devices? Doesn't seem like anyone mentioned this before. I often pause one device in the middle of the track and then use another which usually starts from where I left of with it the last day.
Day 25: Noticed some awesome changes! I am much less addicted to wasting my time with playing games, I still do it, but I feel the need to read and expand at the same time. For me this is HUGE! I had completely lost hope there for a moment since I couldn't care less about doing anything besides hitting the play button and play games/watch movies/get drunk.
Somehow I have managed to go without drinking for a week, just don't have the necessity all of a sudden. Weather is amazing here and feeling quite good this very moment (and I'm not even on feel good pheros). There are these small cycles of up and down which I have come to understand more and not be too attached to them.
I have a feeling that I can slowly start moving forward again, this truly is an amazing sub! Today is good, let's see what the future brings.

I think a good way to show yourself whether these subs work or not is to get hit over the head with a club and play this sub.
