I kick off WM2.0 in two weeks after finishing my AM refresher

Quote:My understanding of the instructions: Listen as much as you can, daily, to a maximum of 16 hours. This gives your brain at least 8 hours a day to recover and process the subs. When you get a headache, dial it back until you don't. Listen to each stage for 32 days.

I think, I will listen to it till 2012-09-15, then switching to Alpha Male refresher and afterwards Woman Magnet 2.0. Really wanting to get my hands on it asap, because it is done in 5G.
And one more question by the way: I was listening to Alpha Male 2011... which stage and how long should I use as a refresher? I suppose 32 days, but which stage?

Quote:How much time should you use it for every day? As much as you can, up to 21 hours a day. The more you use it, the faster the effects will be, and the more obvious. You'll get results using it an hour a day, but two hours a day is a lot better, and four is twice as good as that, and 8... well, you get the picture.

If you use the program too long, you may develop a headache. "Too long" can vary from person to person, and typically runs from 7 hours to 22+ depending on the person and how long they've been using the program. The headache you develop will typically be a low grade dull ache, nothing too major, but unpleasant, and it will dissipate within 5 to 7 minutes of stopping the program. The headache is caused by heightened blood pressure in your head due to your brain's increased processing requiring an increased supply of oxygen and glucose to do all that work. Which is also why it dissipates so quickly when you turn the program off.
