Stage 4 - Day 19

Stage 4 hasn't revealed itself to me, so I'm still not sure what it's doing. By this point in previous stages, I had a good feel for their effects. This one is a mystery.

The previous stages felt like they were working on things at my core. Stage 4 doesn't feel like it's penetrating as deeply.
Stage 4 - Day 24

For the past 2-3 nights I've awakened to really bad anxiety with my mind running wild. I get the sense that I'm attempting to reconcile conflicting thoughts but instead they're colliding, which is causing a lot of internal friction. I woke up sweating today.

I haven't felt anxiety like this is a while. Even meditation didn't tame it.

Edit: After being awake for a while and giving this more thought, I'm pretty sure what I described above was diet-induced. I ate like shit over the holiday weekend, so I think my body let me know that it didn't like the junk I consumed. I've been semi "off the wagon" since vacation when I started stage 4, but i over did it this weekend for sure.
Stage 4 - Day 25

The social fluency, charisma,  and sense of power I experienced during stage 3 are completely gone. That's disappointing.

I still have no idea what stage 4 is doing. That's also disappointing.

I can't tell what, if any, progress has been made over the last 25 days.
Stage 5 - Day2

Today I had a one on one conversation with my boss.  As we spoke, I noticed that my perception was different than it had been with stage 4. The best I can describe it is that it was like being in a bubble that only he and I were in. I struggled socially on stage 4, particularly toward the end. I even had a client comment on hoq quiet I was yesterday in a meeting. That was before last night's stage 5 loop. Hopefully, this bubble phenomenon is a sign that that's over.
Stage 5 - Day 2 (cont'd)

Today I felt several glimmers of joy. That's a nice contrast from stage 4, which felt flat.

Looking back, i started my vacation using stage 4. At the time, I noticed that I didn't feel very excited as we approached a place that has always felt electric to me. And the vacation itself, while very relaxing, didn't have its usual appeal. That's probably why I didn't feel disappointed when it came to an end. Looking back, I believe that's because of the way I reacted to stage 4 which was, again, flat.

I'm still not sure what stage 4 did.
Stage 5 - Day 8

In some ways,  stage 5 feels like a more mature version of stage 3. One thing I've continually seen with both stages, but especially stage 5, is holding my space. It's unflinching in a very natural way.

Also,  it seems to be bringing out a softer side of my wife.
Suave 5 - Day 13

Stage 5 is refining some of the progress made in earlier stages. While stage 1 through 3 made course adjustments, stage 5 is making fine adjustments.

One result is that I've spent the first half of the past 2 days in bed with my wife. I won't go into any details other than saying it was like we were 20 -somethings all over again. It was incredible.

Also, my work ethic has improved in both my professional life and my fitness/wellness routine. Improvement is not taking place in only one direction. It's comprehensive.

I'm still scratching my head over stage 4. It seemed like such a dud.
For some reason you made me think of this shirt.  Lol

I'd wear it!

I actually did take a nap after her first tap out. (Yes...bragging)  Oui Superman
Stage 5 - Day 16

I'm constently sleeping deeply than I have in a very long time.  Last night's dreams indicated that I'm working through some fears around my ability to hold my own against someone who is larger and stronger. I think part of this is related to a fear of getting older and weaker. Interestingly, I see myself in waking life becoming wiser and in some ways, kinder.
Stage 5 - Day 18

I'm more attracted to my wife than I've been in years. That's at both a physical and an emotional level. In some ways, it feels like I've fallen in love with her all over again.

Yesterday, when I was walking out to go for a jog, she  reached for me, pulled me to her, and hugged me with her face tucked into my neck. We didn't speak. We just stood there and I held her tightly. Touch is my love language, so this gesture really took my breath away.

Intimacy has been amazing lately. We just finished a couple of rounds about an hour ago. It was beyond sex. It was an act of deep bonding.

It seems that AM7 has broken down some of the internal barriers that have impacted my ability to express and receive love. I'm grateful for that.
As someone who’s in a new relationship that’s going amazing, I am excited to read about AM7 having positive effects on a man’s love life. It certainly did for me too in the early stages of dating. I’m currently at the end of Stage 2.

It's been positive during AM7 as far back as i can remember. But Stage 5 is where things really took a leap forward with my wife.
Stage 5 - Day 23

I'm sleeping really well. It's also easy to fall asleep. I'm not sure if I've noted that about stage 5.

One thing I've noticed with stage 5 is that I'm more serious than I was in earlier stages, and that's particularly true for stage 3 which brought out my playful side. In fact, I'm finding myself getting annoyed with certain people more easily. That includes women at work that I used to banter with during stage 3.

Another thing is that I used to have a low level anxiety running in the background, pretty much around the clock. That's gone, but looking back, I think it disappeared during earlier stages. That's not to say that things don't pop up which cause me concern, but it's not my baseline any more.

I only have one more week to go, then it's on to stage 6. In it's own way,  stage 5 feels like it's bringing things to a conclusion, so I imagine stage 6 will put the finishing touches on that.

This stage went by really quickly.
