So I went back to running OF with ASR last night. 1 loop ASR to 4 OF.

To cut a long story short I was getting ready to phone work when I felt scared. So I ran ASR at max volume for one entire loop. For the rest of the day I felt my consciousness was free from static, as it were. The experience of reality was very vivid, without the "stress" you'd normally encounter which modulates and dubs down the experience. I still felt a bit of it from fear I guess but it was wonderful in comparison. I think I've found the right settings for ASR.
I'm having good results using ASR/OF in combo. They seem to compliment each other, at least in my case. ASR really deals with the fear response you have in the moment, while OF deals with general fear. I'm using ASR quite a bit at work, and it seems to be working.
Looks like I'm in-between subs right now. My subconscious really doesn't want to continue with a listening schedule, just play it when I need to.

I've come to realise that no matter how much I play ASR the fear that generates the tension will regenerate. So my thinking is to play OF during the night and ASR during the morning, until my body is sufficiently relaxed. My tolerance for ASR is pretty high. I play the full loops multiple times throughout the day and I don't get any side effects. Today I played 4-5.

I have to say ASR has really proved it's value to me. I had a rough night yesterday where I thought I had lost something at work and was stressing over it during bedtime. I played ASR for 1-2 loops and felt instantly better. The result was I got a good nights sleep when it could of been much worse. Very useful subliminal.
Looks like I've actually managed to over run it. Started getting a sore throat at work and later limp legs. Luckily I have a couple days to recover., and the fact it's only just happened despite the amount of loops I was running indicates that I have a ton of tension due to fear.

Very interesting day at work too. Managed to do something which caused me a lot of fear. Having ASR looping helped.

Looks like I will soon be running OGSF, if everything goes according to plan.
So I'm not sure if the pain I was feeling in my hip was from over exposure to ASR. It's been really debilitating, especially the first night, and initially I was looking to relieve it using a pain relief program, specifically the free one on the website. But I've found that running ASR actually dealt with pain much better, and I'm getting back up to speed now. Maybe ASR relaxed a muscle too much and then it suffered some sort of trauma? I'm not sure. Or perhaps it's something else entirely.

I forgot to add that ASR really helps an ADHD kid I work with. It's funny, before ASR I had to keep badgering him to do his work and he told the teacher that I'm stressing him. I thought to myself yeah right. But playing it for my own benefit also seems to keep him calmer then usual. Very useful.

I've also been contemplating whether it would be a good idea to work on my self esteem/self confidence instead of fear to see if that changes the equation for me, but all those subliminal are of lower generation and still cost a bit compared to the newest technology. Certainly it couldn't hurt to try as ASC is free. However, I think fear is still the root cause and until I overcome it there might not be much point in building on a weak foundation. I think I'll stick with OGSF for the time being. Hopefully I can overcome this demon.
Wow! Played 4 loops of OF hybrid last night and had some dreams I don't really remember.

However, I've been getting some severe muscle cramps, after playing ASR during the day. Are deeper levels of tension being released? I hope so.

Wow, great progress Strider!!
Thanks Keith. I've started using ASR less now, as Shannon recommends, and more OF when I need fear reduction.

Looking forward to running OGSF with you!
