MrGnome, it is quite possible that you may need more than one run-through of OF. That would be reasonable and normal in a case like yours, where you've had such fear and been hiding so much from the world. If you're not all the way through with your fears by the end of the first run, then go ahead and run something else, and then do another run of OF. You can make progress without having to focus on all of it at once.

let's see:

i am being more honest in my opinions now

if i want to go outside with no reason i just do it

i started walking on the pedestrian crossing with no problems  (i almost got hit by a car 10 years ago so..)

i can stop eating when im full now instead of worrying about having to throw food away

the fear of missing out is reduced so now i can just save money instead of buying games at release

politics have less of an impact on me i just give a reaction for a few seconds and go further with my day

I feel more at home with my friends

-------------------------------

however i still have a big fear of failing

even though the feeling between the fear of failing and the feeling that everything is gonna be okay switches randomly

Yeah as impatient as i may be, i think i really have to delay the AM triology and do another round of OCF 3

when im done with Appetite Suppressent.

Thanks Shannon.  Smile
welp 11/18 was the last day i had to use the sub so here are the results:

i am being more honest in my opinions now

if i want to go outside with no reason i just do it

i can stop eating when im full now instead of worrying about having to throw food away

politics have less of an impact on me i just give a reaction for a few seconds and go further with my day

I feel more at home with my friends

i also have less fear of going back to school to get some more education cause getting a job is almost impossible at this point its not clear when or how but i'm more open to it now

i noticed some fear my have converted it self into anger i dont know if this is a good thing or not..

i also noticed that the fear that is still left may be able to be fixed with subs i still had in the planning

being fat (Appetite Suppressent)
lack of knowledge (learning speed sub)
other lack of self confident related stuff (alpha male series)

but yeah despite not having everything removed i could say at least somewhere between: 25%-50% is gone and im verry happy with the product : )

so my OCF story here is over (at least part 1)

i'm gonna do Appetite Suppressent next friday
Thanks for writing the summary. So you did the standard 6 months of OFv3, right?

Yes i did  Smile (it was also my first time ever using it, no past experience with version 1 or 2)
Very good. One thing i've noticed that might sound weird and like a small thing, but you always use 'i' in lowercase. Generally when talking about yourself you'd capitalize it, I remember years ago seeing somewhere that this could indicate a self-esteem issue so I thought i'd point it out.

It may make a shift, even if a small one to start to capitalize it.

Thanks for the advice  Smile

Didn't know that I was supposed to write it in captital.

I will try to remember it  Smile
