It's a political genre - perhaps too spicy for open discussion - so let me DM you.

Alpha Male v6.0, Stage 2 Day 21,
I finished the 4th draft of my book. From here, it will be re-vamps for certain chapters, adding some specific stats, and making sure I'm writing persuasively. Then, it will be formatting and arrangements. The most challenging part will be to get my end Notes section to correspond to the page numbers; not sure how to do that yet.
Draft 3 took me 55 days, and Draft 4 took me 17 days. I predict that I'll finish draft #5 in about 9 typical workdays. But I'm on vacation until the 29th! I have far more time to work on this and to fasttrack my progress.
Very exciting stuff.

Alpha Male v6.0, Stage 2 Day 26,
I've been doing a ton of guitar practicing over the past couple of days.
I've also been working on my book. I've been indexing and doing other menial work. I have about 8-10 researched tables to create before I re-arrange the order of ideas, then start to write draft #5.

Alpha Male v6.0, Stage 2 Day 27.
Merry Christmas (to all who celebrate)!
I think I would like to run Overcoming Fear v2. after completing this run; the copy on the sales page looks very appealing, and I can see a variety of ways where fear is ruling my life behind the scenes.

Stage 3, Day 1,
I was allowed to leave work early at noon due to New Year's Eve.
I cleaned my apartment, then spent a number of hours planning out the first 9 months of 2021 (I have a lot of learning-related goals); note that they're not based on results per se, but rather the specific habits that I will be doing each day.
Then, I pushed myself on a tempo run for longer than ever before. It sucked but I stuck in there.
I'm about to start Draft #5 of my book but I have inner resistances; the quality is no longer "project-quality," but rather "book-quality," meaning that people will be directly reading the words that I have written. That scared the crap out of me the very first time I put out a book, but considering that this book is more personal and hard-hitting, and that family members are aware of this book project and are expecting to read it, is what makes me a bit anxious.
It's been a while, but I think it's time to bust out the faster EFT for this specific issue. I'll be careful to not compete with AM6 programming.

Yes sir. I've not watched from the channel for a long while, probably 6-7+ years at this point.

Stage 3, Day 2,
I had a date with a cute Brazilian woman (accent and everything); she's curvy and does have a few extra pounds. Normally, that bothers me, but I decided that we had a connection, so I decided to progress things.
An hour into our walk outside in the snow, she finds it too cold and invites me over for coffee. I agree.
I drop by my place first and visit her (she lives quite close to me); I go there, have the coffee, chill on the coach, then start kissing her. She's a very passionate kisser, so I was happy with my choice. One thing led to another and we wind up having two rounds of really good sex. I genuinely enjoy her company and everything.
I get home six hours later (after the very start) and work on my book. In two days, I've completed 1/6th of my 5th draft for my book.
My 6th draft will likely be my final one, where I will spot-treat and adjust final details..
There are still a lot of things that I need to do for this book this month.

Stage 3, Day 4,
Mind is becoming more direct.
I'm 47% of the way through my 5th (almost finalized) draft of my book after 4 days of work.
Will probably be completely done the writing portion by next Sunday.
The rest will be the management of the formatting, references, etc.

It's nice to realize that there are few rules as long as you don't break frame.
