Noticed the negative self-talk that usually gets triggered when i run the program has disappeared. I feel a little more productive these days after i workout. I usually just become useless after my early morning workout.

Made the mistake of drinking a whiskey while listening to the program and the elections. Never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Woke up a little hung over and it feels like LTU used all of the water in my body to detox the alcohol or something. It impacted my workout in the morning but I, in some sense, feel more capable and able to do some more stuff with myself today.

Been noticing a sense of frustration or resentment at the idea that there are people out there that are naturally at the right place or more attractive just by existing and just being who they are while i am doing all of these things to get myself there. its frustrating and instills a sense of hopelessness around all my efforts. Then i realized that im comparing myself an idea which is incredibly hard on myself because Im comparing myself to what is almost impossible to achieve. Those actual people who are like that probably have other problems to deal with and its not all sunshine and rainbows but their type of probably certainly feel like better problems to have. 

The detox module is doing its thing now and the stuff that's coming out of my body is foul LOL. Also noticed that im slowly weaning off of nicotine naturally so im probably set on quitting naturally by the end of the program.

Some days I go to the gym, I ask myself why am i doing this to myself but that's because I end up comparing myself to those who naturally at the point where I want to be and I have to be down in the trenches doing the work that needs to be done.

I need to find ways to stop comparing myself with other people. its a terrible habit i need to break as it directly affects my happiness as well as myself self esteem. I think LTU addresses it but i wish i was already at the finish line so to speak.

Hi Aventus45,

I know how you feel. I been doing that for years, it will make you miserable and lower your self esteem. You will never be happy as long as you do that. Since I have been unemployed, I have started doing that again. Ugh...
Just found out my foobar has been stopping after the first track or inconsistently playing the stage.... i dunno what i should do about it because i don't know when it started to do that.

Edit: It may be the ASRB that threw me off thinking it wasn't playing.

day to day i generally don't notice changes but when looking back at the whole stage i noticed an improvement. With the help of my therapist I noticed that im coming into a sense of balance where I noticed that im slowly being more positive and tempering the past negativity. I finally resolved my health condition and i finally feel proud of it despite my mind focusing on other goals i haven't been achieving health-wise. I finally gave myself a break after going to the gym 6 days a week without taking a day off and i don't beat myself over it.

I have been very passively looking for a job, sent my resume to a recruiter friend last month and suddenly she found an opportunity for me. Within a span of 3 days, i got the job. I was incredibly stressed because of how stupid fast it went and i haven't interviewed for a very long time. but i have something now and its better than nothing. Might be a sprinkle of USLM magic may have influenced it.

Yeah, I feel like it’s r ally hard to figure out what’s happening in the day to day with subs so it takes a bigger perspective to see the changes.

Well damn, My computer suddenly updated in the middle of the night, That sucks but i dunno how many loops in or if it got affected at all. the 1 hour long loops is rather convenient. 

-Sleeping with the loops on is uncomfortable as i can tell the sub wants me to do something my mind doesn't want.
-having dreams of wanted to clean and purify things.
-The detox module is doing its thing by giving me monster gas.
-Not sure if its the sub or im just getting really tired of the gym now. Not feeling all to enthusiastic about it anymore.

Had my first nightmare on this sub, don't remember the details much but it involved a lot of murder and blood. left me disturbed and i woke up around an hour after the loops were done. That was kinda crazy,
