It can be annoying, but yes when that happens it can be a sign that something deeper is being dug up. When it's being worked on it seems more obvious like a flashlight is being shined on it. I understand cos when it happens to me, even though I know this and can point it out for others, when i'm stuck in it I get annoyed and think "fuck, i've gone backwards".
Day 67 (4th day of 11th cycle) - 3 month complete round overview
I started LTU on the 2nd of January. The reason I say Day 67 above is that I restarted counting after a 1 week break because of surgery. However it means that I am running the subliminal for 3 months and I am going to take a 1 week break after the 2 off days of ASRB and start again for another 3 month.
Before reviewing again what the program's goals are I am going to write points of what I experienced:
- Self esteem boost. It was visible from the first cycle. At first it was going away but later on it just stabilized. I can say my self-esteem was at 2/10 and is now 5/10, 10 being what I experienced most in my life and it was an experience during my DMSI run.
- Alpha traits and assertiveness is at a very good level, even better after finishing with AM6. It stabilized as well and I am happy with it. It could be better but that's not the goal of the program from what I know. Also lots of different parameters play role.
- USLM (the goals). From all the goals I put in place from time to time as I modified them in the middle of the run, only one was worked and achieved. This makes me curious if my goal setting was not right or if I was doing something wrong with my thinking or the way I approach setting and achieving goals. The one goal that was achieved was 100% work of USLM. It literally put me down and instructed me to do what needed to be done. It was a great experience.
- Sex drive was off the roof for some days, not sure why. Great experience, I learnt how important and how powerful this energy is and how someone can use it to achieve goals or anything they want in life
- Healing was ongoing during the period but all over the place. I know that I was healing matters related to self-esteem, confidence, fear of rejection, shame. During some cycles (2-3) the healing was a bit intense but manageable.
- Blocking procrastination and generating motivation. What I experienced was huge at some point. You can read more about it here. Unfortunately it subsided and didn't surface again yet.
- Maturity, maturity, maturity. This was a big benefit for me. A great trait, improvement in the way of thinking. I am sure it will help me a lot with the rest of my life in different areas like career, relationships and decision making in general
Now, by taking a look at the different programs and description of the program I will become aware of areas that I might have benefit and didn't notice it:
- Disconnect from negative stress: I believe this worked on some level as I was somehow shielding myself from drama in general during this period. I somehow didn't want to get involved when something was worrying or had drama. With financial situation and especially with what is going with the pandemic now. I just somehow block it and think of how to act around it rather than investing in it and acting like a victim.
- Genuine Gratitude & Appreciation: Very few and limited cases of gratitude expression. However I know that they came from that as they seemed unusual. I was grateful for stuff happening when I tend not to. Again, very few cases.
- Anger Management: Yes. On some occasions I just decided not to care or get involved when anger emotions were coming up.
- Overcome Victim mentality: Yes on some occasions.
Overall the run was good. It miraculously saved me from a lot (again, a lot!) of trouble and expenses life at some point with a choice I made. If it was my first experience with subliminal programs I would be astound. But as I work with the best programs here I just believe that way more can be achieved in the long-run.
I say the run was just good because I always work with the best tools from other modalities as well. I have big expectations. I've seen miracles in my life on many occasions with other tools. For that reason my judging of what is amazing is different than the average person's.
I will keep going for another round of three months. Hopefully I will complete four rounds for a year.
Today is Day 3 for the 7-day break for the next rerun.
I am reporting that even though I forgot I was feeling like that since 3 months ago, this feeling of panic and anxiety I was experiencing without an obvious conscious reason surfaced again. It was the main drive that made me start the LTU program back then and now that I am not on LTU it came back.
This verifies to me that it was not dealt or not dealt fully but also that while I was playing the program it somehow handled it "in the moment?!".
I crave listening to LTU already but I think I should complete the 1 week break before the rerun. Shouldn't I?

I did fine without taking a pause between two blocks of three months. Most of the good stuff started to happen during the second
two three months block of my first run anyway. If you crave listening to it, do it.
I miss LTU, the results were profound in terms of my self esteem right form the very start like you have mentioned. The really juicy gains will start to come during the 6-9 month period.. atleast that is what happened to me.

The feeling of panic and anxiety went away immediately.
Last night I thought I was going to listen another day before the 2 days off break but no, it was day 5, break. But I really wanted to listen again.
I am wondering, I saw that some people are under special instructions not only on LTU but on other programs for different listening patterns than the general instruction. In fact I did get special instructions from Shannon for DMSI which were very beneficial.
@Shannon I have a question and it is, is there anything to notice so that we understand if we need to adjust our listening patterns? And if we do need to, how do we determine this adjustment?
Some days I want to stop listening to LTU on Day 3 (mainly because of emotional healing overwhelm). Others I just can't believe it's day 4 already and I would love to listen more.

That program has a module in it that attempts to cause your subconscious to determine what the optimal listening parameters are for you. If you have the urge to use it or not use it, try following those urges for a while and see where it gets you. Try to determine if your subconscious is attempting to use it as an excuse to not run the program. Desire to run it more will almost always be your subconscious trying to achieve its goals.
