Listening is a little more consistent lately. I've been listening to 2 loops of either hybrid or ultrasonic since those are the most powerful formats.

After doing some re evaluation I've decided to switch to masked instead. Even though it's lower power, I believe that I'm the type of person who doesn't like being told what to do, so it should have been obvious for me to go with masked from the start. I guess I was hoping the other formats would power though the resistance.

Anyways about my investments, it was doing well for a little while and now it's not doing well at all lol. If it doesn't turn around I'll just have to cut my losses and pull out of it. Oh well it was looking promising for a little while. I was even playing my loops while working on the investments hoping that would help lol. Let's pray it turns around soon

Having said that I'm eagerly looking forward to the next version of UMS
Question for everyone,

What's the consensus on the best listening pattern for UMS?

I've decided to up my loops to 3 of masked daily, not sure about off days yet since I like to stick to a single routine.

When I take days off I find it hard to get back to it

How are you approaching investment decisions man? what's the process you use?
My bad, haven't been paying attention to my own thread. My investing was too risky, more like gambling than investing.

Anyways, I've really fallen off listening to the sub and I find listening to it kind of annoying. I used to be able to listen to it at night and sleep comfortably but now I find it very annoying and wake up in the night and turn it off. Heavy brain fog too.

I can't wait for new DMSI and UMS2 to hit. I don't know if I really want to run DMSI, I'm more interested in UMS but I've already been running every version of DMSI so I might as well run the new one too
Patiently waiting for UMS2. Right now my goals are more aligned with UMS2 but I'm also a little interested in the new DMSI. I might give it a try since it's a free update and who knows how long UMS2 will take before its out and how much it'll cost. I actually haven't run this current version of DMSI so I'm curious how the new one would affect me
New release of uslm has me wanting to try it, but I really want to hold out for UMS2
Hi Superman. I've recently picked up UMS v1, but overall I've heard pretty mixed accounts from those who've used it (which has brought up some hesitancy in me utilizing it). Would you recommend UMS based on the entirety of your experience, and if not, what are some subs you've used in the past that you'd suggest?

Sorry for the late reply, I don't check in as often as I used to. Anyways, overall I've been running UMS for almost a year and half now. Compared to the start of the sub I make a significant amount more than I did previously. Almost a 40% increase in base salary, with a job that's much less work and more freedom and respect from the employer. Those are the hard facts and objective details.

Now onto the subjective side of things. I haven't really hit my goals in terms of being financially free and I feel like the sub has really stalled. UMS isn't the kind of sub that you can feel working. You may feel differently in some way but monetary success and improvement are something that can be measured with real numbers, not by feeling.

It really depends what you're after. If you want financial success then either UMS or Uslm are probably your best bet. Easy to listen to with a single stage format. I myself would have waited for UMS v2 since it's coming relatively soon by Shannon standards.

If you want overall life improvement LTU is a good choice. I remember feeling very happy and content on that sub.

If you're after women and attraction then I'm afraid you've gotta look elsewhere for advice. While I definitely feel that I've improved as a person from subs I can't really say for sure that they've contributed to me having and success in that department.

Hope this helps

Hey Superman,

40% is tremendous progress. Just wanted to know if there was any point (say 3 or 6 months in), that the results showed up. I mean, 40% increase must have come through a promotion or a job change, but those things don't happen a week into starting the sub. In other words, you ran it for a year and half, how many months do you think it took for that change to manifest? Also, did you aim for a better job or a hike at the start of the sub (like setting a goal)?

You're right it was a job change.

At the time I started the sub I had been looking for jobs on and off, but hadn't found anything significant. I had a pretty promising interview at a very good and large company but it didn't move past the second interview. I was pretty disappointed and took a break from searching. Then an opportunity came about 2 months after I started the sub without me searching for it. I have a shot and got hired on the spot.

My main goals at the beginning of the sub were to get a better job, and the number in my head was that I wanted to make 100k per year and I'm still quite a bit off from that.
Since the secret sub release was a flop, and I don't feel like spending on uslm 4.2 I'm jumping back on the UMS train.

UMS contains uslm 4.1 anyways so I'm still getting some of the same benefit I guess.

My biggest issue was that I felt that the sub had stopped working. I still feel that way a bit, but I also feel like I'm wasting time if I'm not running a sub.

Every now and then I read through the description page to familiarize myself with what the sub is really trying to accomplish and honestly mentally speaking I think I can recognize most of them in the way I think and conduct myself.

Now if only I could see more results financially.

I'll be trying to stick to a proper listening schedule including days off. I always find it hard to incorporate days off into the schedule. Sometimes I don't take any at all and then sometimes I take too many. I'm always inclined to just listen as many hours as possible with no break, original 5G style.

This time I'll give a proper shot with a fixed schedule. Loops wise I think I'll do 5 loops for 3 days then 5 days off. I just went through the instructions on the page and I definitely was not taking 5 days off.
Completed my third day of 5 loops, it's going to feel weird but I'm going to take 5 days off
4th day off
5th day off

I don't want to jinx it but I might be onto something...
