Not quite feeling my best today, a bit tired overall
There are a lot of things I want to work on but not enough time to do them. I've been gradually working towards making changes that will help cut down my monthly expenses by around 300-400. This isn't a new change as I've been trying to make this change for over a year. It's just finally getting to the breaking point where my financial situation is really bad. Hopefully I'm able to make these changes without issue.
Also I might be in a new job soon. I feel like I've said this before but another couple of opportunities have presented themself this past week. They both offer a good amount more money than I make currently. One position is very basic and narrow in scope but high volume. The other position pays slightly less but has a better role and title along with it.
Id like the more money but the more broad position offers better opportunities for growth. I still have to interview for the positions but I feel like I have a good shot due to my experience.
If I can make these changes and get a new position I could have an extra 1000-1200 per month which would help a lot.

Day 5 of no loops, I should be well into the bloom. I'm not quite sure what I should be looking for. With other subs the signals are more external, but for a sub like this where you're literally waiting for money and success what should we be feeling during the bloom?

I just think that everything becomes easy during the bloom.

Execution. In this case the program will be working on healing and clearing fears and emotional damage that stand in the way as well as dealing with limiting beliefs before you're likely to see a lot of wealth show up.

I had some pretty disturbed sleep last night, and some wild dreams too.
I've noticed that if someone disturbs me in my sleep I wake up in a panic like I'm being chased. If I wake up on my own I'm perfectly fine.

I'm not 100% sure if I still want to do 7 days off. It feels like a such a long time lol. Aside from that nothing to report. I would like to sleep though

I think I may have been a bit too ambitious in my interviews, I asked for a bit more than I was advised to go for and I haven't heard a response from them since. I think they may have liked me initially judging by how fast they responded.
Other than that I may have landed upon another opportunity. I think this one a much better match for my skills and if I'm correct the pay is actually higher than the previous opportunity. I still have to clarify that point.
The location isn't the greatest but I think it's a really good opportunity for me. A colleague was offered the position but turned it down, and I'm much more qualified than they are for position. I hope I don't jinx it but I'm pretty confident I can land the job.
I'm pretty upset with my current employer though, we all thought there was no budget in our department for raises, but this colleague told our supervisor he was leaving for a new opportunity and they gave him a $13000 raise, which is absolutely amazing for him. But its extremely unfair to the rest of the team. He literll got a 25% increase in salary, and I'm much more knowledgeable than he is.
I'm happy for my coworker, but the employer is so unfair. They said raises are going around but I doubt they're handing out $13k raises to everyone. If they do I'm expecting between 2-5 for whenever they get around to doing it.
Wish me luck UMS family

Might you want to do the same thing your co worker did?

I would but honestly it just doesn't look good if the whole team comes asking for raises one by one. She may call the bluff or just let us go.
Also, the manager is very petty, he got the raise and immediately got bombarded by questions and requests about things he's never done before

Follow up, I talked to the head of department and let them know that I've received an offer. They didn't really seem like they even cared. The gave me a potential counter offer but they couldn't even come close to match the other company's offer. Didn't seem like they were really trying to keep me. Well, not the person who dictates the salaries.
I was agonizing all day about my decision and what I would if the company counter offered me the same rate for me to stay. Her dismissive attitude just helped to make my decision much much easier.
