So over the last few days, I have felt generally well. I am still feeling calm and relaxed without a care in the world at times. Even amidst some of the problems I am having right now, I have a certain tranquility about it. In spite of this, I feel like my motivation and discipline have plummeted since starting E3. They are down from the levels they were at when I was running USLM.
This fact has tempted me even more to run USLM4 however I will run this program for at least awhile longer before I make my decision,
So my heartburn and hunger pangs have gone away but now I have pretty bad nausea. It’s probably a side effect of the antacid medicine I am taking.

I’m really at a loss at what to do about my physical symptoms. I feel like my whole stomach has just gone haywire. Should I stay on e3 or go to MHS? Idk but I don’t feel good.
@THolt at the moment I'm running LTU and same issues you saying heartburn I'm getting. I've also got/had severe backpain whereas I've never had backaches before and I was complaining to Shannon about this and he mentioned it's resistance. I've been going through severe gut issues as well as severe backpain. Where I feel as if I'm getting stabbed and it felt as if someone is sitting on my back! I do myself wish to go back to MHS. But I want to still stick to LTU. But it is Ramadan for us now. So I may just take a LONG break. As it does cause exhausation. And due to fasting cannot eat it drink for over 17 hours. Keep going!
Try apple cider vinegar with honey and tumeric powder in the morning. It is Amazing! Or some fennel seeds soaked in water with honey. Hope you heal Asap!
These are symptoms if subconscious fear that is being dealt with, not necessarily resistance. It is likely that the part being afraid would like to resist, but no longer can.

@Shannon

i feel better this morning. I woke up in the middle of the night with nausea. I felt I came very close to vomiting last night. I just propped two pillows up and layed there and eventually it went away. It was the worst I have felt in quite a while. I can take hunger pangs but nausea is the worst physical symptom you could possibly have IMO.

Hopefully whatever E3 is working on will pass soon and I start to feel normal again.
When I was phobic of hypodermic needles, I would get nausea in response to them. It's a fear-being-faced response, most likely, and it's indicative that one of your deepest most important fears is being dealt with. That is a very good sign! It may not be pleasant, but you're making progress. Keep going!
So after a year hiatus, I will be restarting E3.

Last time I ran E3 I had bad stomach issues. They went away after I stopped the program. I should have never stopped this program but I will try and persevere this time.

I will be running 3 loops per the instructions

I will be following this journal. Pondering between E3, DMSI, AM6 as my next sub after ASC
I could also use some healing, I want to get rid of the last bit of anxiety, I still have lot of repressed fears. But at the same time, I also need to be a man of action (and move towards success), and also realize my Masculine core.

Hey man

I have a lot of the same considerations.

Have you considered doing LTU first, and then DMSI and AM6 afterward?

LTU does a lot of things and has been very effective for me. I'm under the impression that a new version will be developed soon, so you might consider waiting for that one.
To choose between LTU and E3 I'd say go with E3 and then wait for LTU6. I think a 6 stage program with FRM and shield and 5.75G will either make the reverse resistance sh't in the pants or make grow beyond your problems and makes you a new person within that given time.
I'm curious about your future development with E3, I wish you all the best.

Also LTU5 has a more intense version of E3. The standalone version of E3 is more go at your own pace.
@Hanpan LTU is over my current budget.
AM6 is older tech. It includes EHPRA v1. You can get V2 (sorry, typo) V1 for free. If you want to run AM6, you will definitely want to run some later version of EHPRA before you run AM6.

DMSI is newer and more powerful tech, but it's not finished and not fully functional yet. AM6 is older tech, and slower, but it is battle tested and works for the vast majority of people. I suggest you invest in AM6 after running 3-6 months of E3, and spend 6+ months running AM6. By that time, we will have a lot of new options, and DMSI is going to be much further along.

That is the plan I would follow.
@THolt Have you used other since you quit E3 last year?
