Someday, I will get back to finishing that Optimal Golf Game subliminal set... lol

@Shannon

I think adding E3/E4 to Optimal Golf Game might be helpful. Not being able to control your emotions can ruin your golf game even if you are a skilled player.

E3/4 isn't what you want in Optimal Golf.  What you want is on-demand emotional calm and tranquility, which allows for ideal focus, flow and execution.  E3/4 is a program about healing and processing, and that process affects everyone differently.  Some people find it calming, some find it upsetting.

Maybe you should try a loop of Tranquilizer A right before going on the golf course and report back how it works, so I know how to adjust that module for the Optimal Golf sub?

Ah, for the good old days, when each sub didn't take me a week or a month, or three months.
(03-31-2019, 11:07 AM)THolt Wrote: [ -> ]So I have ran E3 for the past five days or so and I have noticed some unpleasant emotions coming up mostly concerning low self esteem. It's like I am remembering insults and other incidents that have occurred in the past that have damaged my self esteem and have caused issues for me.  Self esteem and the lack thereof have plagued me constantly so I an looking forward to overcoming this issue.
Today I felt like worse than usual but I am running E3 right now so we will see if a breakthrough occurs today.
This program works very subtly but I feel like it is a chipping away at certain issues I have had for awhile.
I will update if I have any breakthroughs or if I notice anything differently

That’s exactly what I have been experiencing.

I am sure that the personal history of each and everyone of us has as a major impact in our experience with the program. It’s not just the way the program works, it’s how it works with the issues we face.

Unlike others, I have not experienced intense anger. On the contrary, I had anger issues before I started the program and it’s getting better. Maybe my anger wasn’t repressed, it was already out there and easy to heal, it didn’t need to be “extracted.”

Overall I would say that it seems to be chipping away at my issues without being traumatic.

I am combining E3 with DRS, in my case it made a huge difference because I feel that most of my issues were caused by traumas inflicted by other people. DRS is stopping the attacks before they happen. The peace this gives is very healing in itself.
@fab10 You're doing what? E3 should be run standalone. Smh..

Nope, I got Shannon’s explicit approval

@Shannon
How many loops of Tranquilizer A should I run before playing golf?

Also how will it interact with E3 since I am running that too?

If you use it before playing golf, you should be fine using 1 loop regarding E3.  I suggest that if 1 loop works, you should leave it at that unless you're not using other subliminals.
@Shannon

Will do.

How is FRM 4.9 coming along?

What will be in your queue after FRM?

I was hoping you would check out my Deservedness program I suggested to see if it could be a focus fire?
@Shannon

I will be playing in a charity golf tournament in a few weeks. I will let you know how tranquilizer A works.
Last night I had my first nightmare in years. It was a horrible dream. I think it had something to do with my house being robbed and I couldn't fight back in the dream. Like I tried but I coudn't.

I woke up at like 3:00 AM and went around checking the house to make sure nothing had happened.
It was such a vivid dream.
I went back to sleep and didn't have another nightmare.

Other than that, I feel like my emotional state has improved since I have been back on E3. One area I have noticed is that I feel more in control of my emotions. Like I don't get angry as quickly. Instead of becoming angry by an event. I say "well this sucks but I can work through this".

I can't wait for E4 but I am also looking to see if I should run OF. I definitely have some fears that need to be worked on.

If only E4 and OF could be combined into one program. @Shannon
@THolt I have those kind of dreams often, but I wouldn't call them nightmares. I've dreamed much worse, cutting, stabbing, running for your life, having to save someone close, that's what I call nightmares.

And yes, I have similar feelings of control to what you described about anger.

Whats the meaning of your sig?
Are you saying ASC is greater than E3?

If I recall correctly, he ran ASC first, and is now running E3 - so it's merely the order he ran the subs.
