Sex with GF has been the best it has been in a long time. Our chemistry is really good right now. I think the FRM has eroded some of gf’s fears toward our relationship thus breaking down walls and allowing us to be closer than we have been in some time.

Dag Gone Jake that is faulkin' awesome man! I Love reading  most of the Guys LTU5 experiences! that is so awesome, glad for ya man, you and your lady, too!! rock it man.
Me thinks if I ever get on LTU5 I might be on it until AM7 or BAMM comes out. In 6G LTU5 could last a life time, who knows?

Yes it seems like LTU5 is a very long term sub. I have been running it for 3 months now and feel I have just scratched the surface. I can’t imagine running it for any less than 6 months really.

I have been taking care of some mindless work that needed catching up on and have been listening to audiobooks during. Topic has been overachievers and how or why they were able to achieve greatness. The thing I keep noticing is lack of fear IS the common denominator. These overachievers do not usually realize this. And even the authors of the books rarely mention lack of fear. They talk about many different aspects of mindset, perseverance, determination, etc. All of these things are great and I’m not questioning that these high achievers actually had these traits but what all these people are missing that Shannon has figured out is lack of fear is the common denominator. All of this uncommon traits and high achievement is made possible due to less than average levels of fear.
Gonna be real exciting when he manages to take the FRM to a whole new level!

Recently two Tim Ferriss books, Tools of Titans and Tribe of Mentors. These two and I have literally read stacks of books along these same lines over the years. I always try to learn as much as I can from outliers and not reinvent the wheel. But again it all seems to come back to Fear.
Some of thee most profound 15 minutes....what can I say...this one's for yawl...

This video is profound, right down to the ground, real and one of the best from him,I've ever seen.
This is WHY LTU5 as well as eventually LTU in 6G,as well as UMS and BAMM in 6G, are sooo damned significant to the planet!!
After seeing this video you'll see exactly why I say this.....

Been dieting last several days. Moving towards getting ripped again. I’m good at dieting but I can be a dick when I’m hungry. Already noticed I have been less than nice to gf so I need to work on that. Diet itself is going great though.
I have been noticing some significant changes in my gf. She has a high energy personality. Very good work ethic and big heart. But if she was ever wronged by someone she would take it very personally and when things didn’t go her way she had a tendency to get very down on herself. In the past two weeks she has been consistently surprising me by being positive and having a smile on her face in times when she would normally be very irritated. So much so that I have been wondering to myself if she is now the more positive and optimistic of the two of us. I actually have begun to feel a little envy at how well she is executing LTU5. Lately it has really seemed to be transforming her.
Reflecting on the above post, I think what better sums up my gf was that she was a type A personality perfectionist. Now with LTU5 she takes things in stride, sees the bigger picture and doesn’t get caught up in the little often meaningless details like before.

Also the current plan is to run LTU5 for 1+ years. I want to reach a plateau where we aren’t noticing any further positive gains then run it for at least an additional three months to solidify things.

When I get LTU5, I plan on running it for 2 years, assuming E3 does anything for me. I think your plan to thoroughly heal yourself like that is a good plan. It'll probably make any other self changing subs you run more effective.

That is sooo awesome Jake,so awesome! I am so impressed with you,Man and your 'dogged-ness',when you're into something you're really into it!! Talk about making the most of the given situation! wow. I feel like your a mentor to me,just by reading your posts and the way you plan and go about such plans, ect.
I've been studying the "Near Death Experiences',tracking them,as it were, since age 17.  40 plus years now...yeah....as I've had similar out of body expereinces. One thing in common I've  seen and couldnt help but notice is that most of them have NO FEAR of DEATH and therefore NO FEAR of living a fuller life.
Infact I once knew a fella,at that time ,back then he was in his early 40's,he drowned at age 8 in a small Lake. he offically died and came back, and amoung many many other things,Jake, He had Noooo fear of not only, dying, but no fear of being embarassed,no fear of lookin like a fool, and no fear of failure. He  was one of Houston Tx's best most successful Lawyers, as a result. as a matter of fact he was successful at many things as a  result!!
SO yes ,to say that Shannon has come upon something profound, that he is on to something with this fear remover advancements,THAT is a huge understatement.
It changes Life entirely. cant wait to get on LTU 5, finally!!
More power to ya Jake. respectfully. Keith

I definitely think it will make future subs more effective. In the last week or so I have been getting mild-moderate dmsi effects. I think it’s LTU5 clearing the way for old dmsi scripts left over to do there thing. Nothing major but a handful of women have been much more flirty/ playful towards me than they normally are.
