Okay, time to report again, because I have noticed some things.

You all know that on the 19th of May, 2019, my uncle died.  For 3 weeks before that and ever since, I have been taking care of his wife and 13 year old son.  It has been extremely disruptive to me being able to work.  It has also been extremely stressful taking care of the mess he left behind, including the fact that his choice of wives has not learned to read or write English and speaks very little of it, even after being in the United States for 11 years.  That means every time she needs something, I have to drive across the city to get her and then go with her to do whatever she needs to do.  

Well looking back on the situation since my uncle's funerary service, I realized something.  Every time I go over there to help her do something, we get much more accomplished than I thought we would, and no matter what agency we are dealing with, it almost always gets resolved in hours, not days or weeks, like I expect.  I realized that what I am seeing is a combination of USLM4 making things smoother and pushing me to be as productive as possible, and the FRM killing whatever fear of the unknown I might have had before this concerning situations I have never been in before.

It astonishes me how much I can get done with her stuff in one day given the Luck Maximizer, the Ultra Success, the motivation to get it done instead of avoid it, and the lack of fear.

Also, more and more I am noting that for my girlfriend, LTU5 acts as a mood stabilizer.  There seems to be a very stubborn part of her that wants to be as negative as possible and sabotage everything as much as possible, and the closer we get to her overcoming that the more it wants to come out.  Recently I have been using LTU5 a lot in the moment to counter that.  We wake up and something will set her off and then she'll spiral into a doomsday prophecy from the slippery slope thinking, and everything is terrible and she is bitching and complaining and swearing like a sailor.  Sometimes she'll get so upset and frustrated that she's screaming.  If I turn on LTU5, within 20 minutes, every single time, she's calmed down and starts being positive and productive working on her resale business.

I have concluded he following things:

1. LTU5 can be used "as needed" in addition to the 5 loops per night.
2. LTU5 is an incredible mood booster and stabilizer.
3. My girlfriend has a part of her that is fighting the program tooth and nail, and it is losing ground to the program constantly as long as she gets enough exposure.  

This is amazing because this part of her is hellbent on negativity, failure and making everyone miserable, including her, and it is incredibly stubborn and strong willed.  Before LTU5, that part of her would always just resist my subliminals and carry on with whatever it wanted to do.  Now, it takes 20 minutes and she's back to being reasonable again.  That is incredible in and of itself, but even more remarkable is the fact that that part of her didn't show itself very often before LTU5.  Since LTU5 it is taking every possible opportunity to show itself, meaning that it is being backed into a corner and it is fighting tooth and nail to resist changing.  But even its best efforts fail when I turn the program on.  In other words, it is just a matter of time before that part of her is healed and no longer separated from her whole self.  That blows me away!

So... if you are using LTU5 and you feel like 5 loops a day isn't enough, see what happens if you use it "as needed" for the mood stabilization, success, luck, motivation, etc.
Odd that you’d mention the as needed thing today. I found the exact same thing out last night. I had a really bad day for stress and doom and gloom thinking, but I felt the relief start almost the second the audio came up.

I freakin knew it! I I’ve had a hunch for about a week now that besides just doing 6:1 asbr that I’d need to do more than 5 loops some days, only once did I figure ltu5 may be a good mood booster. This is incredible. This may be the most versatile sub you ever made Shannon. This is gonna make using Ltu a lot more enjoyable going forward and give an opportunity for it to sink in deeper for me for the rest of the year.
You have to understand that as we get more and more advanced I am going to be aiming for subs that are more and more versatile. When I succeed in achieving that versatility, it will naturally show itself. The methods I use to calculate correct usage are linear in nature and we are developing subs that are becoming multi-dimensional now. So in the not too distant future, we will be changing what I calculate for usage instructions.

We can probably safely assume at this point that 5 loops per day is a minimum value, to be used until and unless more is necessary. In the beginning, more than 5 loops a day would probably be overload.

Agreed, had I not done a few weeks of simply sticking to the recommended instructions, I’m sure trying to do a 6:1 asbr would have been ridiculously exhausting.

Me": Ok on that note...just last nght, as I was listening intently to USLM3,I clearly knew and realized that the fear remover3 was doing its thing,but also it was clearing 12,yes 12 past life experiences relating to fear ,right along with'whats happening now in this lifetime",and it seemed as if it were easier to do so for the past past stuff than in this here and now experience ....it was like seeing your image in two mirrors facing themselves.... I'd had a similar 'conscious' experience about 2 1/2 months ago,as well,this one last night was even deeper. doing this stuff in 6G,when its time,is gonna be like hitting hyper jumpin' light speed. geez. thought you outta know. Shannon I have done E3 for five months. I wanted to know if I did LTU5 would I get better results? How long to get back to day 1. Will it help with inflammation in left leg? Do you get better results using it everyday for 5 loops? I usually listen with headphones. I usually still get stress out easy and do a lot of comparing myself with other people. Will this program help me?

I don't know how well E3 worked for you by what you said, but LTU5 is a much more comprehensive program, and based on that alone the answer will be "yes" for the vast majority of people.  It is also more powerful for a couple different reasons.  So unless you're fighting the program (E3 and LTU5) you will do better on LTU5 not only because it's more powerful, but because it's more comprehensive and inter-supportive.

Multidimensional subs? Thought DMSI already WAS one of those? Well, glad to see them evolving to that level! Multidimensional DMSI is gonna be GODLY, I'm sure.

So when do you plan to work on the AYP/MYP subs? Once you've gotten into 6G multidimensional sub territory? If so, I look forward to who I'm gonna meet when I use it!

I don't know how well E3 worked for you by what you said, but LTU5 is a much more comprehensive program, and based on that alone the answer will be "yes" for the vast majority of people.  It is also more powerful for a couple different reasons.  So unless you're fighting the program (E3 and LTU5) you will do better on LTU5 not only because it's more powerful, but because it's more comprehensive and inter-supportive.

Are you using headphones or a spraker? Which program are you referring to?

I am using headphones. LTU5 program. Can you give me volume to use please. Also if you can also give me volume for speaker as well. I really do appreciate it.
I can only give you an approximation of the best volume for me.

On my cell phone, which is what I use to play my subliminals, there are 15 "clicks", not 30. I never use headphones, but the best volume will be different for headphones vs speakers. You should use a much lower volume for headphones. So when it comes to a player I am not familiar with and headphones at the same time, I can only estimate.

You should never use the ultrasonic track on your headphones. Second, to calibrate volume, generally it will be whatever is comfortable to listen to.

On my cell phone, I use the speaker, and I find that a volume of 12 or 13 out of 15 works best. I use ultrasonic. That would mean that on yours, you would be playing it at approximately the same volume (theoretically) if you doubled that and routed it to a speaker that does not also have it's own volume adjustment. So you would want to use 24 to 26.

If the speaker also has a volume adjustment, that all goes out the window. At that point the only thing I can tell you is the volume at the source should be approximately -12 dB when measured with FrequenSee on a cell phone.

To calibrate a masked or hybrid track on headphones - and I recommend against hybrid on headphones as well - listen to the trickling stream and adjust it to a comfortable volume. Then listen to ocean surf and adjust it so that the lowest volume areas are still at least faintly audible and the loudest parts are not too loud.

That is the best I can do to help you find the right volume.
