Thanks, im going to increase to 2 loops today i was just keeping it at 1 loop till end of month to see how it went after a month of use, but i noticed shannon is finding good results at 3 loops 2 on 2 off, but i will start with 2 loops and go up from there and 2 on 2 off.

I'm running what the models tell me GF needs. Your needs may be different.

Hi, ive been running 3 loops masked 2 days on 1 off for last 20 or so days abouts.

I do feel relaxed in most situations but still hesitate a lot in certain situations.

When comes to women is the biggest issue, there is a lady at a bar i go to i know shes single similar age looking to meet others around my age, i was down there listening to music with a couple others but with music playing and currently masks required for a few more days in qld talking is a little difficult but if sitting down with a drink we dont need them. I was meant to get introduced but the person was too busy but as she was sitting with 4 other ladies i felt bad to approach and interupt.

So my head is playing i want to go say hi but i feel bad interupting their group having a good time so in the end i didnt do anything.
Another situation a few weeks back when still on 1 loop back then a lady at the pub during a friday night was around me a bit but since a guy was with her and a bit touchy i thought they were a couple in the end she was actually single but because i didnt want to feel like hitting on another guys woman i didnt do anything even though she gave some signals to me during the night.

This is the one area im hoping overcoming fears can help me with i feel like not 2nd guessing every thought in those situations and be able to act it would be a huge change for me.

In other areas i feel relaxed and calm most of the time.
