First day off in cycle 2, had a 21 year old match with me on tinder, very direct and flirty, but as im a negative thinking person im not overly flirty with them using the apps.

I held back on saying some things i wanted to say as it would be in writting on an app and ive seen how others in the past have screen shot conversations to embarass guys which is of a concern.

So currently still thinking negatively in situations, but only 2 cycles in give it time to work on that part.

Onto cycle 3 day 1 loop

What i can say is as much as you dont feel much when listening when you think of how you interact with others the subliminal is working, there are times i still hesitate but im relaxed when in public talking loudly and about all sorts of things i used to worry what others would think when hearing it if listening to our conversation.

I also asked a lady at the bar what days off she gets so a little bit of a chat considering very busy, was thinking of asking for a drink but hesitated but also busy at the time so not the best chance to do that either.

But the thought was there, and asking about when she gets time off and able to talk to others about certain topics in public didnt seem to bother me.

I would like to increase number of days listening to days off maybe like 5 days on 2 off, not sure if that would be smart maybe shannon could add his thoughts on doing that.

I would still stay with 1 loop just add from 2 days to 5 days with 2 days of rest each weekend, or if i was to start that from today would be sunday to thursday with friday saturday rest days.

i did hesitate with flirting with a lady the other day and made a comment about normally like to get to know someone a bit first, bad mistake there because im 100% certain she was asking me over for some fun.

Live and learn though but that was only after just 2 cycles so the more time i have on this the betteri think it will work on my fears and hesitations. If i can get over some of those that hold me back i think my confidence around women would skyrocket, i get plenty of looks i just havent acted on any of them yet that would be the biggest issue holding me back which im sure OF will sort out in time.

Yes, plenty of looks. That's very obvious. Especially when I'm in the office.

If you decide to change something, change one variable at a time, and change it one increment at a time.

I suggest you first reduce days off to 2 for a cycle, and then increase days on by one each further cycle until you hit whatever value you like. That way we can observe the result.

thanks shannon, i will do my loop tomorow then 2 days off 2 on with 1 loop a couple times, then after 2 rounds that way might go 2 days on 1 off.

I might do it 2-3 rounds each time i make an adjustment to see if notice changes if clear changes happen i wont adjust.

Listening to last part of the loop for day 2 of this cycle then going to do 2 days on 2 days off for a few rounds.

I do get pretty tired listening currently.

yesterday was at a bar talking to others no stress no anxiety held off on approaching one lady a bit but that was with the music playing too loud to make conversation till after.

All positive signs early on.

I think it is, i know its not as strong some days after 3 days rest so today is day 1 of rest and will rest tomorow then 2 days on 2 off for a couple of cycles, then might go to 2 on 1 off for a few and see how i go, its not big changes but considering its 15 days in of 6 months its a good sign.

Nothing i can say i noticed this 2 days on 2 days off over the weekend, starting on next cycle of 2 days on 2 days off at the moment still using masked trickling stream with headphones with vlc media player at 65% volume.

Will keep updated on changes, i know it takes time for changes to be noticed so no rush to see big improvements.

Last night i went out and could interact with some people but they are ones ive seen at the pub before, a lady i thought was with a guy there who joined us for pool she did stand close to me several times i did eventually make small talk with her but not much as the other drunks were hitting on her but to me she appeared she was with this other guy who was with her, found out later on from that guy they wernt together just known each other a couple months so far.

She did seem to give me a few signs that she was open to getting to know each other more but not my best area when comes to women on top of im not a guy that would go after another guys lady just didnt know till later they wernt a couple.

Still a few steps forward so far but more work to be done with social skills.

Why not increase to 2 loops?

Definitely.  Follow what ive been telling everyone else. First reduce days off to 2. Then if necessary increase loops by one per ASRB2 cycle until you get what ypu want or hit 3. If you still need more start increasing days on by one per ASRB2 cycle.

Going to hybrid will not be tje solution because we dont even know for sure if hybrid works anymore, a d if it does, how well compared to the other formats.
