Hi
I'm in the stage 4 day 13 and I miss listening subliminal for 5 days from when I started stage 4. And probably will be more day that I'm going to miss. What I have to do to make up the missing hours ? thanks

Use the 1.5x rule. If you missed 5 days you have to add 5*1.5 = 7.5 so you add 8 days to the end.
