It's not a strategy in and of itself, I think it's the result of subconscious struggle between the cooperative and noncooperative parts using up your energy.

I was thinking the same thing at around 45 days, and I agree also with the last part about Stage 6 being the best, which is also true for WM2 though I noticed it more with WM2 than SM3.
I'm exaggerating a bit but some people had it worse than me it seems especially with SM3. So that is how I try to get more consistency. I remember once I was on AM6 stage 5 one girl was super into me but when I got into stage 6 she got bored of me, that's a change I don't like very much and she wasn't even a girl I was into.
