Listening to hybrid trickling track day 3 2nd round this morning.
Since deciding to listen at 5am each morning im waking up just before 5 without my alarm easily something thats new to me but happening last 5-6 days and thats why decided to pick an early time so i can do other things that sometimes come up around 6 30 some mornings.
The only thing im noticing so far is my posture is more upright now this can be from dmsi or from my progress in gym as it was improving before dmsi and im walking more confidently through the gym considering a lot of guys are bigger and more fit than i am so confidence atleast internally is there for me.
A couple of looks here and there not much and nothing that wasnt happening before hand, was in the gym on the weekend they had a bunch of women in there and being filmed among all the others plenty of very attractive ones but nothing to report there. Hold eye contact slightly more.
Caffeine use is a couple of protein shakes with a small amount of caffeine in it, dont think that would cause too big of an issue since seems to be a small amount.
Basically feeling slightly more confident but still plenty of self doubt and self negative talk about myself so ptpa hasnt kicked in yet, and holding eye contact with ladies when they look in my directly slightly longer than looking away quickly are the 2 things i noticed so far after 17 days. Also the waking up early on little sleep 5 hours each day and can wake up feeling decent still some slight tiredness later in the day but its new to me so body hasnt completely adjusted to small amount of sleep.
