It is necessary for the achievement of the goals of DMSI and E2. E3 will have this type of healing in it. Anything that is built between now and when E3 is built, which would benefit from this type of healing, will have it.
Allright, I see they are mainly type A-B and D subs, do you think this direction of healing would be also beneficial to type C physical sub like GT or PE ?
