Day 41,
I've been applying an expanding morning routine from Project Life Mastery. It's not very long, but I'm feeling better as a result.
Again, the external portions of my health aren't ostensibly better (voice and skin, primarily), but the internal feelings, and digestion, have gotten better.
I'm exercising more like an athlete; did BJJ on Monday, a run on Wednesday, BJJ on Thursday and Friday, will lift weights tomorrow. I'll start tracking the weights I lift with specific goals, specifically strength over bulk, grip strength, and conditioning.
