thank you guys its all great info and stories. I am not all that worried about losing it. i know it will happen i just need to do as Shannon said in his post of advice. I would be the first to admit that it scared the living hell out of me. I also put a lot of excuses as to why i shouldn't do it. Alpha male and sex magnet have helped me tremendously get over a lot of that negativity.

Shannon, I had gotten a migraine (not from the subs) and actually since starting alpha male up until yesterday i had not had one in a long time. MY migraines are the aura, nausea vomiting inducing type. It completely drained me of my energy.

My question to you is could this be like a hard drive wipe type of thing for the sub to finish "installing"? or just a major energy shift that drains me to a weaker state? what are your thoughts on migraines?

I did some research into migraines while building the headache releaser that I used for my own cluster headaches when I was having them. There are several varieties of migraine, and they don't all have the same triggers. Some are suspected to be caused by multiple things, and some have triggers they don't know yet.

It is possible that what you suggest could be true, but I would say it's pretty damned unlikely. Look for a more physical reason, as most migraines seem to have primarily physical triggers, such as grinding your teeth at night, hypertension, etc. My best educated guess as to what was causing my cluster headaches, for example, is a specific type of pollen.
