I had a lot of fun "discovering myself" that way. Haven't used them in a while though. There's one, right below 4.5 Hz, where you are aware of things around you, without being aware of time or your own body. For me, it was like simply being... and it was so nice. I loved that, I used it every day during my lunch break. Very nice.
