Main differences between AM6 and its refresher

So, I wonder, even if the main function of Refresher is for maintaining the result. Is it possible to gain growth by using it? Thank you.

Yeah, it`s darthxedonias, he was using AM6 refreshe through 192 days.

I now use the refresher stage of SM3 (day 70 as today) and feel like growing. My plan is to use this refresher for 192 days ... or until I've change my mind. One of the advantages of running refresher over running all six stages is that you can stop whenever you want without risking any imbalances.
