Anyway, there's "reverse resistance" execution - which would make sense for you - and then there's stonewalling, where nothing the script is telling you to do is happening. That would be a convenient scape-goat for you to feed your face to your stomach's content, as you sit on your ass all day running your business, fapping, or whatever it is you do (I mean - DID - now that you're running UM/OP) with your time.
This will all get sorted out. Everything Shannon has modeled regarding your runs has turned out to be true (so far) - including this switch to UM/OP (I can attest, as he told me this would happen MONTHS ago). Keep going - which you will. You will be rewarded.
Probably because I changed nothing else but the program. My eating and fasting was the exact same.
However, if you mean long ago he privately told you all these prophecies about me somehow, and that he will make a program called UMOP and I will use it, I don't know...lol...harder to get behind that .
First of all, if you gained weight - you certainly changed some variables - especially eating more and moving less. Since you're "big" on scientific reasoning, this is about all that could explain that.
I've seen all the posts on buying pizzas, lol. Do you jog/run? Do you got to the gym? How long do you spend there? What are you doing specifically? What do you do day in/day out?
I'm doing the exact same thing I did to lose 65 pounds in 10 months before. That 65 pounds was from pure IF, and sticking to it, just different approach to eating, no working out even. Which makes it even more remarkable to me. Only variable changed since that era was the versions I listened to, and then the inhibiting of my weight goals. Lots of water intake daily, daily rigorous fasting 20-24 hours, no snacks, same routine as before when I lost all that weight. Exact same system and exact food and portion control (pizza was a big part of it as I loved it and I know the calories for the brands I like slice by slice so portion control was easy which helped me lose tons of weight) that got me to lose an amazing amount of weight I was and still am very proud of . I hope I can regain it, especially now that I'm off DMSI so insane hunger pangs are gone and the storing of all that extra calories isn't happening either. Consistently lost weight since going off it in fact. Fantastic, I can't argue with that!
It'll be awesome to feel good about myself and how I look when I get more off and get leaner again. Maybe I can even break that record of what I weighed before, who knows! I think it's certainly possible, as even then I still had pretty big flanks that could've gone. I don't have a ton more weight to go to get down to what I was before, it shouldn't be too hard now that I'm off DMSI. Just needs time. It'll be amazing to be lean, I know it'll do a lot for my self esteem. What a great deal to me it'll mean. ;p
It's either reverse resistance, or a hole in the script allowing the energy to be sourced, but it isn't being brought into the game somehow and it just gets stored as fat. I've reported on it because a few small niggles like this in the past were reported and Shannon saw holes in the script where resistance can occur. We can't fix what we can't report on, so I always try to report when I see something that may be of use.
I hope in time the kinks will be worked out, indeed. Could be a life changing program if so, I know for me it could be, for a variety of reasons. We'll see what the future brings!
