I noticed this recently. I have been deliberately creating unnecessary small "movements" out of habit, doing things like "wiping" my foot on the floor, tapping my heel (floor), tapping my elbow (table). They are all deliberate but for no conscious reason, and it's been going on more and more and it's becoming a habit.
Uh-oh, I just noticed something. It now says on the description page:
Quote:This program is at its best for the majority of people when used for five (5) loops per day. Secondary ASRB is 6:2, meaning you should use it for 6 days straight, then take a 2 day break, and repeat.
I've been continually using v3 for 1 loop a night. I should increase it to 5 loops right?

Do you really have to ask that?

Did not know of the update of number of loops to v3, and it's been working well with 1 loop (see that I have been winning the past few weekly games). I also checked the description at the time of download and there weren't any changes to number of loops. If I hadn't checked the description page because of the post in News - and I wouldn't because I have already purchased the sub and there wasn't any reason to check it - I wouldn't have known of it. Is there a way to notify customers who purchased of updates via email?
So I asked to clarify, who knew if there were more changes or upcoming changes? I thought there was no harm asking, I guess I must have come across as really stupid.
I do not know when the change in number of loops was effected. This was a true test of USLM. It was fortunate that I checked the description page. I do not check descriptions of products I have already purchased. Really really lucky.

You must have seen it not long after the release, as I changed the loops on the page not long after. I'm not really sure how it could be done by email like that, but maybe I could put the new amount of loops in the news post when a new version of something is released.
I don't mean to imply that you are stupid or anything, it just seemed odd that you wouldn't know that, and then ask if you needed to change it once you found out.

I purchased USLM when it first came out and started with v1, I missed v2 (did not know #1) and hopped onto v3 (it also seemed really lucky to have discovered v3 around the time that it was released, did not know #2), at the time I was a little disappointed to have missed v2, because there was no way to have known except to visit the forums daily. But I was happy v3 included FRM and another user mentioned its effectiveness. Later, I asked about Side A, which I did not know was made obsolete because of v3 (must have seemed odd back then too, did not know #3).
These are all good news, Shannon. I am happy that you release your best versions and continually improve your products. It makes me have strong faith in them despite being "early" versions. I was only disappointed I found out about it myself and later.
So when I saw the change I did not know... (did not know #4) when was it changed, was it really that important (since it was not "announced" or "informed"), could I stick to the status quo (1 loop a day is VERY user-friendly). That was why I asked, like a knee jerk reaction.
I was a little upset at your response when I first read it, but after some thought, I was looking at it from a different perspective than yours, so I understand it could have seemed odd to you (and others who are checking the forums and website a lot more frequently.)
USLM works
Looking back on checking the product descriptions, I still could not fathom why I would "just check out the USLM page". I'm still using the sub, I checked out the usage at the time of download, which wasn't too long ago, and only the secondary rest period was different. It was customary to assume the number of loops stayed the same, but I probably assume too much. At the top it still mentions Side A and Side B (implying that the product description probably did not get an update). And I actually scrolled down just to read the USLM usage instructions. I got lucky
My first 5 loops a day
I ran the first 5 loops, and the next 2 days are scheduled rest days according to secondary rest period. Today was a lot harder to get off the bed. I wanted to stick to it like a leech. Thankfully after I have torn myself from the bed I was feeling ok and awake.
Pebble poop is back. But not as bad as before. So, rock size poop? I foresee it will be gone soon too (am I assuming too much again? Uh, the overconfidence.)
Game Winnings Update
In the weekend that just passed, I won $100, and there was a game where I made a "huge" mistake, and ended up paying for my share and the share of other players (this means my loss for that round was almost tripled). Despite the "huge" loss, I still won.
All this time I was using 1 loop a day. Let's see how things go at 5 loops from here on!
