It's designed to focus on "physical sex". What kind of sex you prefer is up to you. That's not for me to specify.
Sounds like your wifester is pretty not into sex. Which implies that she either needs a lot of healing from some sort of experience, or her mind/hormones are not in the right place for some other reason. DMSI does have auric affected healing, so if it's that she should eventually come around.
Right - if "physical sex" won in model phrasing, cool. If other options haven't been modeled, "physical sex, including any physical sex act the user prefers or desires," would be great.
