Maybe not 1 week each, but possibly 1 week of B followed by 2 weeks of A and repeat.
I agree that the switching between versions will definitely maximize the overall effects of the program.
I think a week of B would be too short. Maybe two weeks of B followed by two weeks of A.
I'm currently back on A, my second day after 20 days of B.
I can definitely say that this run of A seems more profound than my first run. I'm now debating whether I do 15 days for this run or 20.
My ideas with how dmsi works, although I'm just as in the dark as anyone, is that keeping some A running while doing B is achieved by not going past 21 days of B. I imagine that any A effects could actually fade as soon as 14 days up to the 21.
So my ignorant theory would say you'd always want to keep at least 1 day of A running during any 3 week segment, possibly 2 weeks depending on how we react to the sub. 2 weeks of each as you mentioned would do that either way.
I think the thing we would need to be vigilant about is not lying to ourselves and think we don't need anymore healing and always be ready to do a full 3 weeks of A if it gets too crazy,. Maybe.
If you could imagine me sitting at my laptop shaking my head every time I read some DMSI user who wrote, "I'm all clear, the healing is done, so I'll switch to B." I just shake my head and laugh.
The only reason I switched to B is to benefit the healing process in some way. I'm not sure what that way is, exactly, but it's what I want - forward progress. We'll see how it goes.
So far, so good today. Nothing I'll bore y'all about, but internally speaking, I feel good. Definitely taking a nap this afternoon, though, lol.
Haha I do the same. But I remember when I had similar reactions to events and experiences in my life, so I can't help but chuckle.
Looking forward to how B goes for you!
