I said when I started this program that I wasn't looking to get laid, but get rid of sexual neediness, neediness of attention from other women, and get the program to execute on my wife. My ego wants the attention, so I use that to justify staying home and being pissed about it.

It seems I've put myself into a catch-22.

I know that's what you think I should do, but typically I just sit around home waiting for people to invite me to things...

IMO... both of you are very lucky. I take care of my 72 y/o blind Mom, by choice - a labor of love. I have to arrange for someone to watch her whenever I go to work, go out with friends, and when I'm in a relationship... it becomes a logistical nightmare. One girl told me to tell my Mom to take the bus if my Mom needs to go shopping!! And my Mom wants to know why I spend so much time with whichever girl I'm hooking up with.

I always wonder how differently my life would have turned out if my Mom didn't lose her vision from a brain tumor pressing against her optic nerve when she was 30 y/o.
