Stage 3 Day 10

The effects on Stage 3 are nothing short of amazement. I thought i would get depressed and introverted, like alot of people postet in their Journals.
But first time see massive effects. I feel very calm and realxed in all situation. People treat me in a complete new way, they are really respectful and try to initiate conversations with me. Some of them just starre at me or watch every move i do.

Selfeffects are also really awsome, i am enegrtic and self confident, no more depressiv states at all.
I decide fast and follow up on my own plans.
My new flatmates are all super cool to me and also my new colleagues treat me very carefull
Got an awsome job offer the last days. I will see if i switch my job soon

Also with girls i get alot more success. They all look at me and approaches are easy. Had 3 dates the last days and got laid yesterday. First she hesotated a bit and wanted to let me wait but i took control of the frame and she followed and accepted my new frame. So was a good night
It was nice to **** again. But its not as important to me as it was in the past, dont need it for selfvaliadtion anymore

Getting more and more eye contact and being unbelievable confident, conversations getiing more easy and first time i do small talk with ease haha

Feeling great again, ready to improve and work on myself.
I am excited what the future will bring me.
I cant even farly imagine how i will develop in 10 years in this rate

Stage 3 Day 16

As alwaysin life.... after a high tehre is a low, feeling unmotivated and slighly depressed, just sleeping all day.
I still dont have a big social circle, so its hard to find any people to do sth with and additional its a cold rainy weekend. Feeling isolated and dont have social contacts. Moving soon to new city, which amkes it even harder.
I will see, for now i am setting goals and viszualize

Feeling awsome, again a new lay and written down my goals.
Girls notice me left and right and the ones i date think i am perfect and fall in love
Somehow in Stage 3 there is alot of change.

I Am looking forward to S4 with regards to girls, so for on S3 all I notice is i'm sleeping loads.

If you wanna get an idea of what stage 4 is like with women, read my journal. I'm getting way more return all the sudden at this current stage compared to stages 1-3.

I really think it's the SM lead-in and AOS that's kicking in and creating all the magic.

just the standard day to day, but it seems effects get weaker, i dont feel overconfident anymore.
I am excited what this stage will bring and then the Stage 4

I am much more tired then usually, nearly cant get out of the bed in morning and evening. Feeling useless and dont see any sense in living at the moment. Its all just a dialy reapeating grind for fame and money...

Feeling very tired and exhausted, especially in the evenings.
But i can feel the respect people have for me and asking for advices.
Hope i will make an other big step up in my confidecne and charisma soon, got like addicted to it

Was really drunk again!!!! turns out to be a problem, i have to stop drinking....
Feeling so bad and depressed afterwards and wasted the full day

Feeling still guilty and ashame for being drunk last weekend. I have to stop for good.
Also alot in m mind and feeling depressed and senseless again.
I can fuck girls now when i want, but doesnt fullify me.
I have some need in the background to archive more and more.
I wonder what other people do to always be stressed out and haveing no time.
They seem to dont do much more with their life, but still i have alot of time which i waste just being lazy at home.

I take coffee enemas, they flush your liver of all the shit clogged up in there, After a night out drinking, They next day I would wake up, drink a pint of water, go back to sleep and wake up with no hangover.

Not a solution for me, i quit coffee long time ago. And also want to quit alcohol, its total useless to drink. They only reason is because u holde back and want to let go to freely express yourself. Its just an inhibititor.
My goal is to stop drinking completly, teh 6 month i already did once were one of the ebst since years in terms of happiness and goals.

Feeling extremly tired and also see all the faults in otheres. Most people at work are just so lazy and uneffective and dont even care.
I was kind of the same in the past. Nowadays i try to bring in my best even i know i will quit soon.
