I am no longer 100 percent vegan. I now eat seafood and fish.
I still don't consume dairy or land animals.
But I decided to eat seafood for bodybuilding reasons and convenience. Also because there isn't nearly as much suffering or cruelty involved in the hunting of fish versus farming/hunting of animals.
two years of being 100 percent vegan was a great experience. I'm very muscular and in good shape at the moment but due to convenience / poor cooking ability and difficulty in making lots of good meals everyday for me. Eating seafood was the best option for me to reach my bodybuilding goals.
