Had a job interview today (got the job, $5.80 more then i was making) doing construction again.
I had two interviews same company back to back, first it was a guy, around my age, I noticed I couldn't look at him in the eyes because my eyes are too intense and I feel like I scare people so I prefer not to look directly in there eyes. It's too intense. I look like I want to kill someone, i have a very serious face.
The second intervier was a BEAUTIFUL 10/10 irish women and I had INTENSE eye contact with her and she showed signs of attraction, I had no issues holding intense eye contact and masculinity around her.
I noticed I don't like being overly masculine around guys because they get intimidated. But women become attracted and respectful of you when I act masculine I noticed.
