I hear great things about MSM, I had no idea it de-calcified the Pineal gland. The benefits of that must be huge..have you felt anything that might be related to that?

As far the MSM, I do feel like I'm meditating a lot easier and deeper now. There might be something to it.

I read a study(I haven't been able to find it again) that the average blood testosterone of a man was considerably higher(250ng/dl, I believe) in the 40's that it is in the modern man. That makes me wonder how much further it will dip in future generations. A scary thought.

Shannon, I've read that testosterone is not the direct cause of aggression, but a contributory factor based on aromatization of the testosterone into estrogens. High estrogen counts make men bitchy, and increase aromatase activity in a nasty positive feedback loop which leads to gynecomastia and other feminizations.

I would suggest, as part of the subliminal, that estrogens be be controlled, or that the aromatase activity be reduced. You can't drive them down or disable all aromatization, else you'd kill libido and many other unwelcome side effects. This is especially important in overweight men, because fat is a huge aromatase generator.

Testosterone is directly responsible for aggression in men, in two different directions. One is it's direct effects through the blood. The other is it's metabolization into a pheromone known as androstenone, which also causes aggression in overdose. The pheromone can be controlled by showering regularly. I have noted in the past when I was doing experiments with pheromones, that if I do not shower regularly, I go ballistic because of this factor.

If you don't want to convert testosterone to estrogen, that's primarily a dietary issue. To kill it, simply follow this eating plan:

Ingest the majority of your carbohydrates in the beginning of your day, and some of them at lunch, while minimizing or eliminating them from dinner and absolutely eliminating them from after dinner snacks. The idea is not to eat carbohydrates near bed time.

Basically, the eating plan I created for my book on weight loss and the weight loss subliminal is perfect for this.

2 units carbs at breakfast, 0-1 units protein

1 units carbs at lunch 1 unit protein, 1 unit vegetation

0 units carbs at dinner, 2 units protein, 1-2 units vegetation

You can also take zinc supplements to reduce the aromatase enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen. You can get zinc from saw palmetto, pygeum, pumpkin seeds and nettle as herbal supplements also.
