I play the program streaming when I go to sleep. Last night I woke up before the 3 hr run time was over and it wasn’t playing. I don’t know how many loops it played. It was the time that the 4th loop would have been playing so I played one loop. Hopefully it was just that last one that didn’t play. I have no idea if this has happened before.
Today I was working out some things by moving my body and shaking tension out and I tried the releasing on “I feel like I hate myself.” Some emotion moved. Then I moved on to “I love myself.” Since then throughout the day I have had some energy movement and opening sensations for the first time in weeks. I think I’m breaking through whatever the stuckness was. I also made some small moves in terms of working on what I need to do to start my business and get a better financial situation, mostly passive action of going through some materials and learning some things. I have yet to take any real action on it. My vision of what it will look like and how to achieve it is becoming more clear and refined.
