1x1 (on) then 4x0 (off). Add one loop each time to the "on" day until a sweet spot is found with respect to results during the bloom (off) period.

Did you do them back-to-back or break them up during the day? I think I read somewhere that you recommend doing the loops back-to-back and uninterrupted. I might need to switch to speaker mode and run the loops while I sleep, especially once I build up to 3 or more.
