Okay, some of you will recall several months ago I announced I had an awesome secret that I was developing and testing. Well, I had a couple people and myself test it. One tester gave me absolutely no feedback. One gave me some feedback, but did not appear to want to use the program, and then I suspect forgot about it. And then there has been me, who tested it the whole time.

Well, testing is finished. What I thought was going to be an amazing triumph, was more of a flop. It's not even as good in a lot of cases as what I already have available that I was trying to improve on - unless it is used with a specific type of subject and in a very unlikely way.

So... phase one is finished. Back to the drawing board. If complexity didn't work, simplicty should.

Still working on alpha 2011, and making very good progress.

I think one of the biggest problems recovering smokers encounter is not having an action to do to replace smoking cigarettes at least until they get the habit of constantly doing something with their hands and mouth out of their system.

Having something to do with your hands is just one of the little reminders you have to uncouple, there is a whole variety of occasions, places, people that you’ve pattern matched with during the period that you smoked that keeps you reminding of you as a smoker. As long as you know the rule that the craving for a cigarette doesn’t last longer than 30 sec. to 3 minutes and you have to focus on something else for the time being, you’ll be able to control the situation better.

Personally I think that the illusory belief that being a smoker is forever, and that life cannot be enjoyable without cigarettes, this along with the concept that you’ve identified yourself so much with being a smoker that a part of who you once were has to die are the biggest nuts to crack.

Also that was a great holiday sale Shannon, pretty awesome getting Woman Magnet for only $17.

Blueness, (this is my personal opinion of course ) I don't think it's necessary to actually use Woman Magnet after the Alpha Set. Think about it, you're already an ALPHA MALE, which means you're going to be very versatile in bussiness, social, and romantic situations. That right there puts you ahead of about 90% of the population from the get go. So of course you won't NEED much else unless it's your personal choice.

From what Shannon has said in the past about Woman Magnet, it seems that Woman Magnet is simply an "upgrade" for the Alpha Set. It's like getting add-ons for a nice car such as a new stereo system, paint job, etc. None of that is necessary especially since the car is already nice. But they do make the car look better and gives it more appeal.

Wildflower is probably the best example of what happens to a man after he uses Woman Magnet after the Alpha Set. Wildflower is still Alpha at the core, but now the new "add-ons" allow him to appeal more in social situations. In fact, that's exactly what Woman Magnet is (to me). It's a social upgrade from the Alpha Set.

From my experience woman magent would definetly be worth it
It puts meeting women on autopilot and totally takes away
Issues related to women
Almost three months into alpha I can say this is not the case.
It might be a different tune in three more months but as of now
Despite being way more confident and indifferent and not caring I still can't get with woman
As easily as I could when I was depressed and unfufilled on the inside on woman magnet.
This could be a standard issue because as of now I rarely meet a girl I think is worth being with and when I DO I can usally attract her but there's still effort to it-fun effor but effort none the less

I would agree.. I am paying no attention and all the while I wish to be with some beautiful women. I am so indifferent and so confident the women drool over me but they dread approaching me because they are so nervous. The warmth I have been slowly developing has stopped in it's tracks because I am currently going through alpha working more on my sky rocketing confidence and ridding myself of neediness and social anxiety. Plus I am still in my head questioning myself "should I talk to her now? should I give her my number? does she really like me or just not really think much of me?" Not so much the last one but luckily my eye gazing is second nature and I never know when I'm doing it anymore haha.

I agree with Spiral and RainbowAbyss.While being indifferent to outcomes with women and more confident it doesn't translates to me being more direct,sexually confident with women even when it's pretty obvious they are
interested.And sometimes it's very obvious.

Or it could be just me.It's probably negative belief about the subject of sex and stuff I have inside as I managed over my life to somehow miss or run into various unlikely blocks to having sex where I just had not to mess things up.

It's like everything is right inside but without the outside behaviors and previous experience to back it up with actions.Maybe when combined with
the alpha attitude it could come across as aloof and uninterested.
While I feel inside it would be nice to spend some time with beautiful women.

U guys described it better than I did
I don't feel alpha inner is translating into a capacity to create relations
sexual or otherwise-the attraction is definetly there and once I am engaged in the right setting-game over-but
in terms of creating it or bringing it into my life, at this point alpha is not helping.
In fact in a certain way I was better at this before alpha since I cared so much about it and put so much effort in.
And wasn't as picky and dare I say it-stuck up as I am now-cold hearted lol maybe I should say
I think Im the sh%$ and this gets in my way as much as it helps when it comes to women
and to be honest I am really jonsin to be with beautifull women again

Be indifferent to not caring whether or not you get any action. Still go after what you want though. If you want her, go for it. Tell her you want to have sex with. Her grab and kiss her. When you begin to realize you can do all kinds of crazy things with women as soon as you take chances, your life will change.

I posted in my journal about the movie, "The Tao of Steve". I think you should all watch that movie as soon as possible (try to dl it if you can). His main philosophy is that you must detach yourself from women if you want them in your life. Treat them as friends and things will take there course. Even though he does this (and he's like 300 lbs), he still has sex with women because he doesn't have to think about how to make it happen, he just does it.

As far as Alpha Male attracting women, there are some nice testimonials you guys should read on the website about people who used the older versions of Alpha Male. If one guy can date models after using the older versions of Alpha Male alone, it makes sense one could do much more with the newer versions... Depends on how bad you want it, I guess.

I think by the end of alpha it will be much easier for us to define the things we want and take the right steps toward those things. Once again being patient, detached from the outcome, and overall a happy and care free person is what makes the ladies man. I'm sure this is covered in some ways during alpha male program.

And Ryan I watched the the Tao of Steve and I enjoyed it. He was a patient, overall happy and carefree person. he was detached from the outcome however he was needy for his love. That girl just liked him just as much as he liked her but she had to test him the way she did. I enjoyed it mostly because I kind of see myself turning into his exact character. At least that's kind of the way it's shaping up to be.

BTW it's good advice your giving in that first paragraph. But here's the thing. We've all heard it over and over again but most of us can't believe something so unbelievably awesome haha! So I think maybe at the end of alpha it will be easier for us (like I said earlier) to take the initiative towards the things we want and not be afraid to do so because we are not thinking about any sort of outcome and have the highest optimism towards the types of actions we would want to take.

after reading over this post again I may just start doing mirror affirmations.. only 1. "I am fearless" because that's what holds most of us back.

SHANNON if you read this.. (oh yea it's your journal) is fear of the unknown tackled at all in the 2010 Alpha Male? Because that's the biggest thing holding most of us back.

I actually did use "I am fearless" for a while and it really did help. But the Carpe Diem sub, is probably one of the reasons why I have been taking more chances

Sometimes I forget I am living in my little fantasy world ;P haha.
