It causes me to feel the same way as I feel after getting slightly too much sun, but before it develops into a painful experience. I usually feel it about the face, and sometimes it causes my chest to feel hot. It's not scary, it's just the manifestation of more energy than the body can handle. This is intentional, although the feeling is a side effect. It's intended to help power the manifestations and produce a very powerful aura of sexual energy around the user.
