I guess my resistance was trying to get me to switch again, thinking of going back to the old ideal weight or to this one when it comes out. But I kept at it and the results last night in my confidence and relaxation it's increased my motivation and focus to keep going on SM.

I just can't stay in business doing things like working for a week for $50. lol The best thing for you to do is stay the course and finish what you have started. Switching back and forth will result in getting nowhere.
