Is it possible to create a sub or include into a sub the ability to quiet the conscious mind?

So many people today struggle with the conscious mind producing so much clutter that it blocks our subconscious mind from telling us things.

I would love to have a few minutes, or however far the subconscious can see ahead, to my advantage and be able to act upon those premonitions.

Also, are there any sites that you know of that have scientific research on the subconscious? I find the topic fascinating.

I agree with Sarge. If you can, ignore it. Also as Shannon mentioned, most people do not intend to upset when they shorten a name. It may be a habit from where they come. In most West African countries, for example, different tribes have different languages, and they have names based on each ones own language. Because of this, it is common to find people from the same country who can't pronounce the name of a fellow citizen. So, a name like Ikemefuna becomes Ikem, or Olubowale becomes Wale (the rapper). These are just easy examples.

On paper, the names may seem easy to pronounce but remember they are not English names - tonation is VERY important. These names have meanings. You change the pitch and you give the name a complete different meaning - sometimes an offensive meaning. Try shortening or pronouncing a name like "Mumbamebiemenke" (yes, that's a first name).

You are asking some questions here that are very deep and complex to answer fully, and would require me to spend a day or more crafting a full response. I unfortunately cannot do that, so I'll give a very much shortened answer instead.

The definition of self esteem is pretty well thought out and defined in standard psychology already, and as demonstrated by the articles you mention. My definition of it is not necessarily as important as you may think, since I have taken to using a method within my subliminals that takes into account the definition of the person using the program, and only places what I call "steering points" to prevent miscommunication between me (through the script) and the individual using my programming. Thus, my definition isn't quite as important as that of the individual, and that definition offered by the individual is steered to it's most positive and effective state for achieving the goals of the program by the script.

Yes, they develop positive self esteem to various degrees according to the goal of the program, the needs of the individual and their current state, along with the stage of the program in use. In some cases development is direct and intentional, and in some cases it will be indirect or peripheral, as a result of one or more other direct modules interacting and/or achieving their results.

How do you compare self-esteem to self-worth? I'm asking particularly in the context of these wikipedia articles/sections:

This is where we get into "I don't realistically have the time to answer this fully". The short and simple answer is:

Self esteem and self worth are neither entirely separate nor entirely the same thing. They deal with overlapping aspects of one another, but are not always dealing with all of the aspects of eachother.

Self esteem deals with a sense of accomplishment and state of being and it's assessment, not just in value, but in terms of state. Self worth deals primarily with the value of the self with regards to those things.

Because the two are so closely linked, a high sense of self esteem and a low sense of self worth are contradictory, and difficult to find. One of these partially defines itself in very similar ways to the other, and so they tend to both be at similar levels of value within the individual. You could imagine an Euler diagram in which, say, 70% of the diagram was representative of overlap between two options or variables. I am not saying there is a definitive amount of overlap, but the point is that they are different, and yet similar enough to make it very difficult to find cases of large disparity between the two within one person.

I believe it is possible, yes.

There are sites I used to use, but in my current stage of development (and this has been going on for years now) I find that the best use of my time is to develop my own works, instead of read about the works of others. There simply are not enough hours in a day, and I found that it required wading through a lot of stuff that was irrelevant or partially relevant, and where it was relevant, it was not reliably done in a way that produced results that were valid or useful. In other words, much chaff, and very little wheat. I can get a lot more "wheat" by doing the R&D myself instead. You want to seek out academic research sites, though.

The prototype has a very different goal to that of DMSI. I don't know how it would affect DMSI yet because I haven't finished verifying it in the 6G prototype even. It will have to make it through some really harsh testing to become part of 6G. That said, so far so good.

1. Generally I have found that self esteem, and especially non-contingent as you refer to it, depends on genuine self mastery. This is achieved by clearing away the internal issues, and that can be done best through healing oneself subconsciously. How best to do that depends on the individual, but I dare say E2 is an excellent choice for that sort of healing.

2. That is going to depend on your specific issues. Identifying the root issue and then consciously working to release it, and outgrow it, is a good choice. But also doing things that result therein by outcome is a good idea, too. Small accomplishments that prove those issues to be incorrect and inevitably result in building the self esteem you are in search of.

3. Currently the best subliminal for self esteem specifically is going to depend on the individual and their particulars. It may be AM6, it may be E2, it may be DMSI, it may be LTU, it may be BASE, or something else. It depends on what specifically is the root of your unique set of issues and circumstances.

Hey Shannon, I value your experience and knowledge on topics related to the unconscious and I was wondering if you could help me understand something that happened to me earlier today.

I was texting a woman who I was supposed to date today, except she got called into work. I wanted to hangout before she had to go in and she told me she was at the DMV.

I felt that she may be lying to me because she didn't really want to date me, and the conscious trying to rationalize that it didn't matter or who cares? at the same time.

I stopped feeling hurt all at once, but then I spent a 45 minute period looking for products on conversation and improving conversations, but I didn't feel sad or hurt by that particular event at all. The feeling went completely unconscious and then I just started acting out consciously while being unable to acknowledge it.

A few things happened during that period of time that "woke me up" from that trance state enough times to where I could understand and see that the originating feelings were what was driving this behavior.

What is this called and how do I get less of this? It's incredibly hard to gain an awareness of this happening and I was only fortunate today to get such an awakening.
