I totally get the covering yourself bit. I'm keen to know what exactly in DMSI (or what effect/impact of DMSI) necessitated a legal disclaimer.
I posted a list of additions earlier today. But mainly I don't want a situation where someone does something stupid and then attempts to blame me or IML for it and sue us out of existence.
For example, RTBoss knows what he's getting himself into, and he accepts responsibility for the outcomes... but will every married man (or woman) do the same?
What if someone decides this is an easy way to commit statutory rape and blame someone else?
How about someone doing something stupid, contracting an STI or causing a pregnancy, and then attempting to blame us?
And so forth.
