I'm not sure if it's got anything to do with the sub, but it's just that I couldn't find any other reason for these aches and pains. Since we often have common things happening to us while running the same subs, I thought I'll check with others.
If it is related at all, the only thing it could be is an outward display of inner resistance.
Thanks for the prompt response, Shannon. Appreciate it. Any ideas on what to do about it? Do you think I should continue with v2.4 for some more time even when v2.5 is available or should I go ahead with v2.5 for now and revisit healing when it's released in v3.0.1 (or something)?
If you're experiencing pains as a result of resistance - IF, we don't know that is the case for sure - then the options are to deal, stop resisting, or use something else.
Quote:Another thought I've been having is... I've been meaning to run BASE, but I got onto the DMSI bandwagon instead. Should I do BASE instead? (Yes, it's important for me at this stage in my life. I want to switch jobs, be seen as more valuable to my employer, get a raise etc.) Or should I continue with DMSI and get this part of my life sorted out since I've already been doing it for about a month and a half now (v2.3 and then v2.4)?
I can't make your decisions for you, my friend.
Quote:Is there anything else I can do to help with resistance? Some exercise, ritual, should I keep my mind occupied (i.e. distracted) or should I deliberately focus on the issues and consciously be aware of what is causing the resistance? (So far I only see the lack of motivation in me. I know there are things I should be doing, but the motivation hasn't been enough to cause me to actually go ahead and do much about it. Just the bare minimum.)
Consciously seeking the cause of resistance and working to release it may help.
