Not Shannon, but I'm on a caloric deficit on DMSI. It is tough at first but you adjust and get used to it. The fat falls off, keep lifting and you'll keep your muscle. If anything it's good because if you slip up and eat a bit extra calories, DMSI will help to burn that off.
