[Gotcha]

Would the government get a hold of Shannon's technology and use it for wrong? Would there be subs playing all around in public places? Not just by individuals but by establishments, or perhaps many giant mechanisms playing ultrasonic subliminals that could reach reach for miles, like a radio wave, so as to program the masses with the beliefs that would most benefit the people who constructed them?
