And now we'll just get them to focus on initiating and having sex with the user regardless of where they are...

It's already probably in there, but will they also focus on initiating sex with the user even if they're "involved" with someone else?

If they are responding to the aura, then this is how it will affect them. Or, at least, what it will make them want to do, even if they don't act on it.

The morals, appropriate behavior, etc. is up to you. You wanted no limits. With great power comes great responsibility.
